I want to get to as low body fat as possible in 6 Months

    Hello friends,
    I am 24 Years old
I am currently at 18-20% bodyfat as I see myself in mirror.
I am completing my studies in one month and after that I am free for 6 months
I want to get as lean as possible in this 6 months time
I am not afraid of taking medicines but I will prefer if need not to use them.

I found this carb cycling program "Chris Powell's Turbo Cycle" Chris PowellCarb Cycling: The Turbo Cycle - Chris Powell
I will keep my calories anywhere between 1800-2100

I am planning to stick to this cycle please tell me if this will work for me.
I am planning to workout 6 days a week (Cardio+Weights)

Will all this do the job? or I need to do something more?

make sure you eat the right amount of protein. in your case, probably 1.25grams/protein per pound of lean body mass
    only drink water, no exceptions
I'm a big proponent of whole fruit as a primary carb source
you didn't provide stats, so no ability for me to crunch numbers, but average probably 750 caloric deficit per day. but this needs to be dynamic so your body doesn't adapt at the reduced caloric intake. 1000 cals below TDEE one day, 500 the next, with days at TDEE, etc.
if your primary emphasis is bf% reduction, then your primary emphasis should be cardio
long stretches averaging 45 minutes a day. again, needs to be dynamic so your body doesn't adapt. But a minimum 40 minutes at between 50 and 80% of your max heart rate.

keep it clean. keep it simple. avoid the chemicals and the "fat burners" that are "clinically proven" which means they don't do shit in the long run.

Carb cycling is an excellent choice. Try the cycle they laid out but keep in mind that you can tweak it as needed ex: low carb, low carb, low carb, med carb, high carb, repeat... Good choice .

Your choice..... Whatever gets your heart rate up.....I would do 3 45 minute sessions per week minimum, maybe 4 if you can fit it in. Keep in mind that you need to recover so listen to your body.

I like intermittent fasting and its easy. I just skip breakfast and have my first meal at 12. When I can I workout on an empty stomach before the first meal, otherwise I workout on a semi empty stomach later in the afternoon. I try to finish my eating by 6 pm, 8 pm at the latest and the evening meal is the biggest. I go to bed on a full stomach so I don't have sleep problems that going to bed fasted can produce. When you wake up, your not hungry and I have no problem being active until my first meal at 12.

As far as macros go, I don't do any carb cycling, I just eat normally within a 6-8 hour feeding window. It is the easiest 'diet' I've been on and its working.

You also need to weigh up whether the negative health effects of getting to extremely low bodyfat and being in a deficit for long periods of time is worth it.

You're not going to feel that much better about yourself at 8% bf than you are at say 12%, but your health will begin to go to shit the lower you get in the single digits.

For the average guy that has a natural BF% of about 12% can 8% be achieved and maintained comfortably?

There's a large genetic component but a true 8% (many people think they're 8% when they're really 10-12%) is very hard to maintain.

    agreed with khazima above.

and it depends on what you think is comfortable...
with my apleite even 15% is hard to.maintain for me...

And if yiur goal is just to look good. a real 10% is enought, 10% is extremely ripped for the average man and on the beach youll look better than 99% of people.

and it can be maintain year round.(depending on genetic of course)

under 8% a lot of woman find it unattractive due to the veins and leanest itself...

You might consider EGCG for a moderate metabolism/energy boost without any sides to deal with.

It rules. I lost 68lbs in 5 months using IF. I use it for maintenance too. I never ever feel hungry now and can go 16 to 20 hours on fast if I need to. You must follow your macros though if you want lean gains. Train fasted and watch the fat cells shrink Just supplement with BCAA to avoid catabolism and I use creatine as well.

My stats are 5'8" 200lbs BF is 17% I want to get this down to 15 to start my first cycle as per Austenite's advice so I'm macro nutrient cycling which is going well.

If wanted to lose as much fat as possible in 6 months; I'd start with the carb rotation diet, start doing cardio, I'd get on whinny, test prop, and tren a at month 3 and run an 8 week cycle of injectable and add the orals at week 3, when I was done with the cycle I'd run clen /T4/Keto for 6 weeks. The assumption is DRAMATIC fat loss. I'd start the diruretics about 3 days before the contest. HGH will also help if you run it for 6 months.

For me, a normal guy, I diet, cardio, cycle Test, and do a few weeks of clen/T3/Keto. I walk around at about 14% and can get down to 9% or 8% in about 4 weeks with diet, cardio, Test, clen/T3/Keto.
