    TREN and calorie deficient

I searched the title and I'm surprised I didn't find what I was looking for ,

moving into the second phase of my comp prep I'll be using tren ace and prop,
I'm curious with the sheer power of Tren is it actually possible to gain LBM while in a calorie deficient ?

    Thanks in advance

Yes true and that section is a little slower of course but maybe good to post up a similar question there or cruise through some of the post there if you haven't yet.

Ive read some good stage prep advice there in the past. Best of luck finding what you need. I dont have any advice or experience with competition prep.

Maybe put aside that it's for Comp prep and more think of it as a

Cutting cycle with tren , it's the exact same thing

Well thinking about it that way it might be beneficial to get a copy of TR's (TimesRoman) calculator.

Just send him a PM to request it. And as far as a know you cant build muscle on kcal deficient so no. As you diet down and tren fills your muscles up you can maybe be tricked to think that you've gained new muscles but you're just holding on while BF goes down so it appears.

Is this based off personal experience ?

Tren does use macro nutrients a little bit more efficiently

Yes, its my personal experience. I know untrained overweight people can loose lots of fat and gain muscle at the same time but i assume you're below 15% BF and carry alot of musclemass already. There is a reason contest-prep is a clean cut after a bulk and not in-between.
Someone can tell stories of him or her who just startet a good diet and lost fat and at the same time gained new muscles but this is REALLY hard(and most of the times its only that it appear so), even if you know your lessons in the kitchen and monitor kcal in and out. And even harder when you carry lots of muscles and already is in a decent BF-shape so to speak.
IMHO the only thing tren and AAS will help you with on a diet is hold on to your muscles while you strip BF, and this is really helpful.
I think metalject can chime in on this one, he knows his stuff on diet and gear when it comes to contest-prep.

^^^^^^i agree and have done the same. Tren on a cut is fantastic and the feeling is next to none but....... I found once i was off cycle (and back on trt) that the look slowly goes away. I think the closer a person is to a decent BF and has a bit more muscle then genetic pot initial that recomps become less rewarding then say a guy with high bf. You will see.

I prepped for a photoshoot using tren . While I don't truly trust calipers for exact body fat it is still a good tool to tell you the direction of travel. I worked closely with a prep coach and went from 8% to 6% and gained 2 pounds of lean muscle. Based upon calipers, scale weight, and tape measure.

Was I completely calorie deficit? I don't know. I was high carb on my lift days (3 day split) and low carb on cardio days. (3 days) Med carb on my rest day. Did a typical 12 week prep.

This is exactly what I have heard with people putting on just a few kgs during there cut , apparently tren loves carbs and respondes really well to them
