Hello guys?
Is there any way I can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time?
many guys here advice me to save muscle loss when losing fat
I am thinking is there a way I can lose fat and gain muscle on same time?
I dont worry if I need to use AAS
I have DBol , Testosterone Enanthate , Anavar , Clenbuterol , T3, Arimidex , Nolvadex in Hand
I can start whenever its needed.
If its possible please tell me the way... I mean just the names of the protocols I will research them by myself no problem

it is possible but it is a slow process. requiring very strict and smart dieting.
if you want to use gear a traditionnal bulking/cutting is more efficient and faster.
If you successfully lean bulk for 10-12weeks you may gain 2-3 pounds of fat and maybe as much muscle.
you can lose that amount of fat in 2 weeks.
so in 12-14 weeks youve gained 2-3lbs of muscle with no fat.
cut a weeks more and you drop another pounda of fat.
do this 3 times a year you gain 6lbs of muscle and lose 3 pounds of fat.
obviously thats not a linear process but you get the point.
and im not talking with gear being used...

It is possible but recomps can be tricky......diet has to be spot and the guys that can do it are not first time cyclers just learning about dieting. You will be best suited to bulk or cut. Pick one and stick with it. There is also priming before a cycle to look into. This will help you lose weight before a cycle and create a very Anabolic state for your body prior to cycling.

Yes and no..
To cut you must be in caloric deficit ..
To gain you must be in a caloric surplus..
As u see achieving both goals is impossible ..
That being said , for an experienced athlete who knows a lot about nutrition , it can be done .. But I tell you it's not easy at all..
Lyle McDonald explained well in his UD2 if I remember the exact name , but it's really so tough.. And to sumerize it to u , it looks like a carb cycling diet .. So u have to deplete your glycogen at the first days , then replenish it
Of course you have to modify you work out between low carbs day and high carbs days to accomplish the target ..
I tried this approach and I tell you , I screwed up big time , it was too difficult to handle ..
Now I prefer cutting , or bulking .. Not both..

I just did it in last bulk, the boys are right, strict dieting and diet timing is how I did it, with fasted cardio in the am
