are there any steroids which have virtually no effect on HTPA?
clear from the title
I just want to know that are there any steroids available which have virtually no side effect on HTPA function on my body
or the natural testosterone production of body
or which require minimal amount of PCT?
like short acting steroids?
or any special technique to use steroids ?

Every steroid will shut you down. Each will have an effect on hpta.

Some are mild on the HPTA like var, halo, etc..., but this isn't an avenue I'd be seeking. I would do an appropriate PCT regardless of the compound. Because even mild steroids have to be taken for periods long enough to make an impact, which is long enough to require PCT in my opinion.
There is only one way to absolutely prevent any chance of HPTA damage due to steroids, and that's not doing steroids.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

About two to three hour esters, unless before bed, then longer would be better.

There are milder AAS that are less suppressive like ANAVAR and PRIMO
but none that I'm aware of that have no effect on HPTA.

Congrats for even being aware of HTPA, and for being concerned especially at your age. The science is pretty clear that odds are, at your age, your HTPA is not fully developed, and you're running the risk of doing irreversible harm by doing gear now. It's POSSIBLE you're fully developed, but the odds are against you. The safe route is waiting until at least 25.
qsugugcsq made a good call about the peptides. Check into the GHRP-2 and CJC-1295 no DAC stack.

I would think that any exogenous Testosterone will affect the HPTA regardless of delivery method.
