    Blocked by the Spam Software

    Hi all,

    Trying to post in the Q&A section about my stats, what im looking at running for the first time and some questions.

    Getting the spam software message. Not using any url's, offensive words, lab names or fishing statements.
    If anyone could help us as to why this might be happening that would be great!

    Hopefully you arent using any names of past duche body builders like the z guy, we petitioned to have his name blocked as well.

    I'm defiantly not using that duche's name or the likes.

    Age:31
    Height: 5,11' / 178cm
    Weight:83kgs / 182lb
    Body Fat: Approx 20%
    Gym/Training experience: 4 years
    Diet experience: Eating very clean / great supp stack
    Cycle or Pro Hormone experience: Minimal. Know basic terminology and a few things i've read online.
    Goals? Wanting to increase size - End goal compete.

    Well I also did quite a bit of reading online before I came here and it took me a while to realize how much missinformation is out there and how hard it is to swallow the reality pill and although I/you thought was ready for a cycle I needed to take a step back, listen and learn what the truth was.

    This is a good link to learn some good solid basics. Forget what you have learned so far elsewhere, especially stacking steroids because more is not better.

    IMO 20% is still high body fat especially at that weight. You can easily reach 190 - 200lbs and be below 15% without the use of any aas. Check out the diet and nutrition section, there is a lot of good info there that will help you more than doing a cycle will at this point.
