Female first time anavar user questions
Hi everyone. I have just started my first cycle of anavar and have a few "rookie" questions I would appreciate any responses on.
First, a little about me: I am 6'1, 160 lbs, around 18% bf and have been lifting weights religiously for a little over a year now. I have a pretty strict diet of around 1700 cals with over half of my cals being from protein. Meals are mostly 4oz chicken and cup of greens and protein oats in the morning. Concerning my training, I do 45 min of low intensity cardio 6 days/week and lift 5 days/week (mon-legs, tues-shoulders, wed-cardio, thurs-chest, butt, calves, fri - back, sat - bis/tris, sun- rest).
Here are my questions: Are there any effects or timing considerations when taking anavar and birth control simultaneously?
With my size taken into consideration, is 10mg a good starting point? Also, should this be taken at one time or spread out throughout the day?
When do most people start noticing results and what kind of results did you notice first (aesthetic or strength)?
Females, have you found yourself to be more aggressive when taking var?
Any tips on maximizing the effects of Anavar? (No, I do not wish to stack it with anything else.)

if you are taking anavar then you shouldnt take birth control...
birth control.pills are estrogen(most of them are).
therefore will cause water retention and increased fat storage...
pretty counter productive right??
their is no timing iasue as I know of. but taking both at the same time is quite useless...

I started a cycle..into my end of 3rd week.. im 50 at 181 at 17 percent fat, I have worked out over 30 years and have cycled before a few times. I eat super clean 6 plus meals a day protein and clean carbs...rice and vegs and limit carbs at nite with and ending of casein. I am taking anavar 10mg 2xday...with nolvedex 10mg 1x day...test prop. 50mg 3x week...and equipoise 100mg 1x a week.. so now I am still 181 pounds ...some belly bloat... somewhat strong in gym...stronger than when I wasent on anything. however im not seeing body composition changes yet. maybe im to eager to see something since nothing is happening on the scale...which I know you cant go by.... I expect great strength, and loss of body fat and increase in muscle mass....im going into my 4th week on Monday.... can anyone tell me if my expectations are too high for this cycle?? I think maybe I want to see something soon... ps ... I get my stuff from a ifbb pro..so I think its pretty good. but never did anavar...and belly is not flat!!!
