Tramadol opiate agonist predominantly effecting your serotonin receptor, it is rather weak and i think you should be ok with that...however stronger opiates can effect natural testosterone production and people that are prescribed Methadone as a treatment are often given TRT to combat the negative side effects...

^^ right on the money MIKE_XXL... I'm 31 and need a total joint replacement and am on Methadone currently for the pain... But am about to go on RX TRT/HGH treatment! I got hurt wresting in high school - so I've had 3 surgeries on my shoulder and lost 85% of my connective tissue(tearing my labrum in 2 and rotator cuff as well! With that said its been 16 yrs off & on with RX opiate use(basically half my life)
Opiates will lower testosterone , which then leads to low T earlier than most people... But tramadol is weak(non-narcotic)... I've done cycles on them(P.K's)too... Better not to but I have no choice(at the moment)... Am weening off slowly and waiting for RX HGH to help repair my connective tissue...Last edited by NACH3; 01-07-2015 at 06:48 PM.

There is no direct interaction. Does that answer your question?

Opiate
Works Well
Do not take on empty stomach
Good luck getting a legit doc to give a prescription of a dose that will "work"
OTC in the Philippines at 500 peso (12 bucks) for 100 pills (50 mg). If you know where to look.
Far better for real pain relief than any otc USA meds. DOES NOT fullfill the anti-inflamity role so still take ibuprofen if you are looking for joint support in that area
Have 40 boxes on my shelf right now. It is difficult to go cold turkey after using them continuously for a month.
Use for lumbar pain and shoulder pain. BS doc once prescribed me 5mg tablets...

I also use them in conjunction with a few ibuprofen
