Liv support?
How long could I run winstrol with no liv support?

Tobias, this is a very strange approach. Why would you run anything without liver support? It's the cheapest and most readily available compound on earth. I'm very curious...

You could run it until your liver gives out and you go on dialysis or die. Does that answer your question?
You could also run it until you have permanent or temporary damage.
The questions is why would you want to?

I take this stuff year round. Its cheap and it works. I take more support products when I'm on cycle. I can't post the link yet but you can easily look it up.

NAC is so cheap and literally just a click away for you right now I cant see why you would even wonder this.

Is NAC as effective as TUDCA or UDCA?
-

not only it aids the liver but I feel a great sense of joint pain relief when I take it.

I was also looking at some liver support and have used liv52.
Is ar-r a trust worthy site? I tried chemical AI once and it was shit... I had to get UGL AI. I have been looking at Peptides and chems also and toying with ideas for next cycle are they good for this also? : D
Thank you for input anyone!

From what I have read tudca, and udca is much more effective than any liver support product out there. NAC can only prevent liver damage, while tudca, and udca not only prevents liver damage it can actually reverse liver damage. From what I have read.
I only heard of it recently, and I have not done extensive research on them. What little I have read all has pointed to tudca, and udca being much more effective than NAC.

Long term I agree!... If your running a mild oral(anavar winny)or any oral, as you can take over 2400mg if needed(NAC is fine)...but overall TUDCA & UDCA are more efficient...

UDCA and NAC is what I use while taking an oral like dbol and my liver values are beautiful when I get blood-work done.

I like NAC for prevention/ UDCA for treatment.
I also prefer UDCA over tudca. Tudca is supplement companies way of trying to say the sell UDCA but in fact it is not the same as the compound as UDCA. UDCA is what you will find all the data on that reverses liver damage.

Tudca (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid)
Udca (Ursodeoxycholic acid)
To get udca you have to get it from some place like ar-r . Udca is a prescription drug, tudca is available from supplement retailers.
Tudca is the taurine conjugate of Ursodeoxycholic acid (udca)
Thanks for the info jimmyinkedup.
For my everyday use i will stick with NAC, but when I start taking an oral I will get some udca from ar-r. The main reason I use NAC is because I have read it helps with chelation. I shoot a lot, and Re load my own ammunition. I'm very careful, but I do use it to help with the lead that ends up in my blood stream. I get my lead levels checked every summer and it has never been high, or even elevated above safe levels.

This is very interesting to me. I have a friend who does lead abatement and he also take NAC as well. He has quarterly blood work to test levels. He has never had an issue when about 70% of all the emplyees have , at one time or another, been forced to take off time and then had a retest which they had to pass in order to return.

The NAC has worked well for me. I know some guys that shoot, and reload roughly the same amount as i do. A few of them have been told they need to take a break, because there levels are to high. I told them about NAC, and it helped bring there levels back to acceptable. One of them also cast's his own lead bullets, and since he started with the NAC his levels have been lowered. His were always borderline, but with the NAC they are much lower.
