first Test E cycle coming to an end.

I started my test e 500mgs per week divided into two shots on December 1st, taking arimidex at 0.5mgs e3d and hcg 250ius x2 a week. Starting weight was 188-90lbs and now, 10 weeks later I sit at 225-228lbs, bench increased 30lbs, deadlift 50, squat 30. (ALL 1RM) I am very pleased with my results, however I did gain somewhat of a stomach on the cycle it's nothing I can't cut down in a couple months after pct.

The whole time during cycle I talked to the owner of my local gym and he recommended that I eat like crazy, anything and everything I wanted he use to compete back in the day and once had dinner with arnold, he said he would bulk up to about 260lbs than 16 weeks out from a show diet down to about 190, he said it worked and it seemed like a decent idea (mainly so i could eat whatever) so I did it. I did go from 15%bf to 17-18% but the thickness all around is incredible.

So my last pin is tomorrow and I was wondering if any of you guys had anything worth while to tell me to help with my pct (clomid 100/50/50/50- Nolva 40/40/20/20) im Planning on starting another cycle to cut in mid may and I can't wait to share those results with you guys as well!

Congrats .....pct may or may not be a bumpy road. Keep your workouts short but intense and keep your cals up.

Get ready for a bumpy ride -

Maybe, some just fly through PCT like nothing

So, you gained 30-35 Lbs? - Right

Out of this, 10 is keep able muscle - at best

10-15 is straight water & the rest, stored fat

Took forever to learn - but, never eat a shity diet trying to gain. It only helps a tad, but usually equals pounds to lose.

No biggie, you b aight. Lol

Yeah 30-35lbs on a day where I ate high carbs I'd weigh 230, but on a regular day 225-228.

So you think I'll drop down to about 210-215?

Oh yeah, have some Cialis handy - you should know why

Also, Tribulus did help me get my total test higher before. Noticeable - No, but it was the best BW I had. Most will argue this to death. But, who cares . It's dirt cheap

    230 - yes

    Solid - no

It's soft weight, if you ever cut hard while on test is when you really notice it

I was 245 at one point - post PCT

    A hair under 5'10"

Weight isn't as relevant as I once thought

Water & fat make up so much

Try to take it easy & not focus on weight. Just eat well & continue training

I've got up to 350 when I thought weight was everything. Looked like crap but the scale told me different. I look much bigger and better around 220.

Same here though - I wanted to get big, so I got big

But, not all big is created equal

I'm pushing close to 215 now & think it's too much. But, bulk is bulk - I guess

This is almost 20 pounds up from me at my lowest last summer. I been hitting the sauce pretty heavy. So, I'm hoping 5-8Lbs of this 20 is actual LBM. The other 12-15 pounds is crap weight - most of which is fairly easy to drop.

But, even now my Bf is lower than it was when I first touched the sauce by about 3-5%.

I hate to pass on the bad news, but you will start losing a lot of your new muscle mass around the 3 month mark even after a solid PCT.

The first 2 months or so you will be fine, but by around the 3rd month you will notice a lot of your steroid gains will be disappearing rapidly. By about 6 months you would of pretty much lost everything.

I'm not sure how you can expect you body to keep artificial steroid gains for ever, it just does not happen.

Once the muscle building steroid hormones are gone, the party is over

All depending on your body's natural potential

There's athletes who cycle once a year & are way bigger than I ever will be - sauced or not

We can all tell you something different because we are all different. There are those guys as Sam mentioned which do quite well post cycle. I am guessing the majority of guys on here aren't with some exceptions. The psychological part is tough and I don't know how many guys come on here gung ho and more or less telling us how it is (your not one of them) only to never be heard from again post cycle or we hear about there dinky issues. Stay TOUGH....prepare for the worst, hope for the best. Stay off the scale everyday.....you can't change it. Train quick but intense, maintain good eating habits and accept the changes. There's always the next one to fine tune things. Good Luck, we are here to listen and can sympathize but this is a road we have all taken....you got this. P.s. hide the dbol from your dog (just kidding).

The better your pct and keeping protein high will give you a better chance of keeping gains. Quicker you recover the better.

Eat as clean as possible & like mentioned load the protein

It's easy to put on shit weight throughout PCT trying to keep gains

To make you feel a tad better - I might PCT out once again to get my woman knocked up again. PCT for me is worse than withdrawals or a come down off anything I have ever done so far. I am really not looking forward to that shit, but we do what we gotta do.

The quicker you start to clean up your diet the better. Alot of those cals will go around your wasteline and when your note pumped up you will really notice it. I think 300 cals over maintenance is fine during pct.
