    Question stoping pct

    I'm on my last ay of PCT of nolva and clomid. I'm wondering what should I monitor once i stop? how long after I stop taking pct will the nolva and clomid be out of my system?

    run labs 4-6 weeks after completing pct to determine if you have recovered

    stop thinking so hard just stay positive try your best and lift hard eat big

    Either way I'm going to continue to eat loads I'm just curious about learning. I saw a thread about 'post PCT crash' looks horrendous

    you need to change the way you do things yes. Now you focus on recovery. Limit your weight training to 45 minutes or less. Get in and get out. Focus on the compound movements and I would cut the training back to 3 days EW. You need to give your body the rest to recover. Keep the food clean and calories up. Good luck
