HCG Dosage

Quick question. My dealer says to use my 5000iu bottle to make two 1ml shots and take both shots in the first week of my cycle. He says that'll be good for the whole cycle. Of course I don't agree because I've read otherwise.

Is it okay to completely disregard that & follow Austinite's first cycle dosage? 250iu's twice a week for the full 10 week cycle.

I'm sure that's what's recommended but would just like to confirm. Thanks guys!

Yes, 250-500 iu 2x per week is pretty standard. If I remember right HCG only has a half life of 5 days or so. That being said, there is no reason to do it all in the first week. Always do your research.

I always run 250 ius twice a week. I never go higher.
