Anavar 50mg troche once or twice per day?

Hey guys, doing Test/Deca twice per week 2cc total
First time I have added anavar and I got the 50mg troche. Some guys saying I should split twice per day others saying first thing in am. I work out first thing in am. Ive read its not good at bedtime others its better. Any recent experiences?

It has around an 8 hour half life so I perfer to split doses. Alot of people will just take it all an hour or 2 before their workout. I font think there is a right or wrong but I perfer to keep my blood levels as steady as possible
