Hey guys,

I am writing another post asking for advice on what gear to use while doing Crossfit. I am brand new to this and have many questions and concerns about using. I am (M), 6'0, 175 lbs. I do Crossfit 5 days a week and have been for a couple years now. I am mainly thinking of trying this out for huge muscle definition improvements along with some extra stamina. I love the Crossfit body, lean and ripped and that is what I want.

I need something that will burn away some fat and rip my body up! What combinations of things should I use and for how long to see these improvements? Please, keep it simple so I can easily understand. Ha.
