    Dbol pre-work out

    Hey!

    Quick question to the forum.

    I am in the middle of my cycle (posted the entire cycle previously) from the 10 tabs dbol I usually take 2 mornings, 4 afternoon and 4 after work out, yesterday I took the last 4 just before work out as I ran out of pre-work shake and wanted to see if there was any effect, it gave me an awesome pump! I understand the pump is transitory, but is there any real benefit in taking it before workout, shall I increase maybe to 6 and then 2 mornings and 2 afternoon.?

    It's still best to keep it in your system throughout the day as its half life is very short(take it e6hrs for best blood stability...

    Many people talk about this method but your blood levels will be peaking then falling... Just take the 10mg(or whatever your tabs are b4 your w/o then every 6 hrs(depending on dose you can still split it like you have but imo best to keep your levels from dipping all over the place...

    Yeah, its great to take before workout, but 10tabs? 100mgs?

    40mgs already gives me insane pumps, cant imagine 100.

    100 mgs a day: 20 mornings 40 afternoon 40 evening I work 9 to 5 so train afternoon try to keep the intake balanced will take the 40 mgs from the evening before workout so I keep levels balanced and benefit from the pumps. Sent from my iPhone using Forum

    Damn Irish, 100mgs of d-Bol?? Shiat!!! Is it underdosed?? I've never used it yet but definitely will for some added stretching of the skin/muscles!

    Not sure of the gramage, this was the only thing I got in bulk and the instructions were :"take 10 a day"

    Right now, I do like 30mg on off days & 50mg on lift days.

    Lol... I was thinking the same - can't be much more benefit from running it that high... And though I've never ran it I always hear of the debilitating low back pumps etc!

    I luv dbol pumps and feel, really sets well on my stomach, but I dont think it gives lean gains, more like wet gains ehehehe

    Still great in my opinion

    Looking good man!!I guess the numbers don't really matter. You have gained some good mass for sure. The story will be told 6 to 8 weeks after PCT. Good Luck.
