When do you prefer to take your gear, before or after?
When do you prefer to take your gear and does it make a difference, before your workout or after. I've spoken to several people and got different opinions for both questions. I suspect there's different opinions/answers depending on what your on and how often you have to inject or take your orals. I'll use myself as an example, I'm injecting Test Cyp 300mgs twice a wk. Should I take it before I start my workout, as some have told me it's better because it will run through my body more efficiently. Or should I take it after my workout because I finish with some cardio and therefore if I inject within 20 minutes after because my blood will be pumping nicely throughout my whole body and the gear will flow more efficiently through my body and each muscle will get a full dose, much the same way it's best to take your protein shake within 15 minutes after workout because that's when our bodies are in its most anabolic state.
Also, should you only take your gear on days you workout or would it make much of a difference if you took a dose on one of your rest days because that is when you actually grow the most. That being said, is it better to take your gear in the morning or evening because we grow and heal the most when we're sleeping? Please answer as many of these questions as possible because this is the place that I feel has more knowledgeable people when it comes to bodybuilding and gear than anywhere else. Thanks in advance.

With Cyp it won't make a lick of difference if you do it before or after. It's best to just inject every 3.5 days and keep levels stable. Oral will vary with what you're running. If running Anavar or something I will take 1.5 a 2 hours prior but most injectables it doesn't really matter esp if it's a long ester

Pinning prop I like to pin the muscle im working except for bis... I'll do tris does it work - I feel like it's an individual or more phsycogical - if helps you then why not... I feel any oil will help stretch the muscle to a certain degree but nothing like synthol does... I always run short esters so I've always pinned early am and hit gym by 8 am latest was doing 4-5am but been getting w/o's w/more meaks in me!

It doesn't matter with the long esters cyp and enanthate . Pin either every 3.5 days. Sun morning and wed night are good days for me

I take my dbol with my preworkout first thing in the morning and hit the gym. I inject my test e and decca monday morning after the gym and thursday night after work. When doing short esters it is always after the gym before I get in the shower.

Doesn't matter for me....I do everything after I shower. Orals and pinning. I do shower to before the gym....so it just depends on pinning schedule.

I pin whenever I remember to do it XD
I use enanthate sometime I skip a day sometime its in the morning sometime.in the after noon sometime before bed.
never seen any difference...
Right now I pin .5cc of t400 EOD subQ
Long ester do not matter and even prop do not matter enough to worry about it...
Just pin when you are able to do it consistently. For most people its in the morning before gym just cause it is more convenient.
If you prefere at other times. Then so be it..

My hands are a bit steadier before working out so I always pin in the morning. But all in all it doesn't matter.

I have heard its good to do it before bed, but also that it doesnt matter the time.
