    TRT first Blast

Planning first blast for September, Starting on my 34th bday. little present to myself.
Not asking for permission, just advice.

Would like to know if my dosage and blast time are good to go? also how long is a good cruise between blasts?

On TRT. Test Undec every 9 weeks, just over 100mg of test a week.
    HCG 100iu every day.

First Blast.(want to keep it simple)
    1-8 weeks
75 mg test P every day, works out 525 mg per week.
    a.i 0.5mg 2 x week.

Looks good! Are you staying w/your TRT dose w/the prop? You know how your body reacts to AI dosing(im assuming .5 e3d)?

At least time on = time off on blasts (is rule of thumb - or if BW says your g2g after that time off)

    Cheers Nach.

yep keeping TRT dose running all the time. i only use an A.I first few weeks after TRT injection then i feel i dont need to, so thought on blast 2x week through out would be a good start.

I will be getting bloods before and after Blast.

Diet is maintenance at the min, just hit some PB at the weekend so taking a deload this week then on holiday for a week. Then im hitting a 8 week cut/prime before my blast. I like keto style for cutting. Ive NEVER ate in a surplus while training! never bulked so it will be new to me in September. Ive never trained for strength before this year either so well looking forward to next few years!

Yeah once I figured out why my T levels were low - it's been a huge difference in quality of life as well as growth! I'm sure your metabolism will Fire(as long as your not hypothyroidic) mine sped way up and of course being more active... The prime is a great tool that I'll never cycle again w/out doing so! Your well on your way - as we all are

Ill be making a log for my prime/cut. and asking a ton of questions before i start.

how do you do your prime? and how long for? do you go straight into a blast or do you go to maintenance cals for a few weeks first?

I just carb cycle(follow Marcus' the prime) it depended on the person but I'd say 4-8 wks depending on progress! I'm still learning more about it(it goes into depth in that thread!! I'm old school(carb cycling and upping cardio) Ill weigh my food but don't count - my body responds very well to high carbs(all the time) I rarely go below 200+C a day - I've been shooting for 300+ and with a clean diet my bf just started to fall off during a bulk(gained 20+lbs) lost a good 4% bf... So I'm gonna stick to a high P/C med F(or actually low F) may need to bump this up!

I'll see if I can find that thread EB!
