    Some cutting cycle questions

    Hi All,

    Ok, I know, I know, I should know this stuff by now, but I've not found the answers to these particular questions anywhere. First off, if anyone knows of a cutting cycle 101 threads anywhere that addresses these questions, please point me in that direction. (Not just, cutting, specifically cutting cycles)

    I am not anywhere near planning to cut yet (currently just started a bulking cycle), but in about 9 month I will be considering my next options so .... Hypothetically :

    If my goal is to simply cut from ~13% down to ~8-9% with no intention to gain any more mass, just preserve my existing muscle using a straight test prop cycle....

    1) is 500mg p/w still the recommended amount or can I get away with less?
    2) can I go for a larger calorific deficit (assuming macros are still within range) my usual is TDEE - 500
    3) how do you manage fat gain during and post PCT, since I'll need to increase calories until my endogenous test recovers

    My previous off cycle cuts are usually very successful until ~12%, then I start to shed muscle way to fast. Which is why I'm considering running a cutting cycle in the future in the hope to preserve some muscle.

Guys used to recommend clen is pct stating it was anti catabolic. I have been a way from the forums for a while but I hope that myth has been put to bed.

    Thanks for the reply, for further clarification

    1) how much less?
    2) at my current weight TDEE - 730 is 25%, sound about right?
    3) how much above TDEE to balance fat gain and muscle loss?
