I am waiting a few more years cause I just started eating bulking wise and already gained 3 pounds in 2days so I'll prob wait another year or two

Also i read about the first 5 or 6 and all of them fuxked up something pct changed there shit mid cycle I actually know what to do properly unlike all of them not doing pct lol I'm not doing it rn tho so don't rage quit on life here I'm waiting a few more years I will admit I need to learn to eat and train better so I will do a cycle but in time and when I know exactly what to do and have no question and have built a base thank you guys for the advice you stopped me from doing it for some years now

First cycle at 29. Starting lifting in high school. Very, very few on here cycled in their teens. You're dead wrong.

You know how he went from a nobody to somebody? By looking like he did at 17 with steroids lol and if you think he didn't use them well you are very ignorant and you should quit at life

I'm pleased for you, you're making the right decision. You sound like you have the passion and potential to do well, I'll bet with youth on your side and your naturally high testosterone levels you can make some serious gains over the next few years. Head over to the diet and nutrition section, there are some really good stickies and threads in there with great info about lean bulking and dialing in your nutrition. No I can't do squats I have minor. Scoliosis I asked my chiro he said I can't add weight and only use the bar so there's point in me even doing them my back curved ****ed up my chest abs and not really symmetrical anymore on chest abs and back it poped my sternum out a little bit on my leg pec and it looks like someone cut some muscle out of my pec but the squats could potentially curve my back even more so that's why he said don't put any weight on it I can do kettle bell squats and maybe front squats
