Lady advice needed
Hey ladies or gents if you can suggest a cycle for my wife.
She is around 5ft5 and 140lbs and we arent sure of her bf%
She has quite a strong physique and is looking for a slightly more muscular look but main goal is fat loss
She diets very well but cant seem to get any lower, is there anything recommended for her? She does not want to experience extreme hormonal effects etc, so something mild is prefferable but obviously something that will work, shes had clen and ephedrine in the past, doesnt really do a lot for her.
Shes done really well getting back into shape after the birth of our son 14 months ago, all naturally.
Shes a fitness trainer takes boxercise, spin, pump classes etc
Also any bf% guesses welcome?

Is she weight training? And I mean like barbell squats deadlift and bench? Get in the 5 rep range?

Well, she is beautiful, obviously.
Based on your comments about her current workout program, she does a lot of cardio. I would recommend an anaerobic resistance training workout at least three days per week. If she builds up lean muscle mass, it will increase her BMR and help her burn more calories/fat every day. Most women freak out when they start lifting because their measurements change and their weight may even increase at first. Remind her that her muscles will hold more glycogen and fluid faster than her body will burn fat. She just needs patience while her physique adjusts.
Monday: Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Wednesday: Legs
Friday: Back, Bis
2-3 exercises per bodypart, 3-4 sets per exercise, 8-12 reps per set
Good luck to you both! I'm looking forward to the "after" pics!

No she would get huge training like that
She does cardio, hit, pump, spinning, boxercise, metafit
Shes very fit but is stuggling to get rid of the "stubborn" bits as she calls it.
It doesnt matter how much exercise she does or what she eats the will not budge, so looking for something from the black market that could help lol

No point in doing steroids if she doesnt lift imho.
Steroids dont burn fat, on the contrary they increase muscles... With more energy hungry muscles you burn more fat...

This is clearly the missing link. It won't make her manly. I've had a lot of success with female clients incorporating proper weight training. They end up getting more lean than they previously had been, yet will have a much better looking shape, even to their own eyes. The only way she would get huge is if she ate a ton, and took steroids . It will make the entire process more efficient, dieting won't be as big a burden as lean body mass is increased and calorie requirements increase.

She does weight train but not like the 5 rep range and deadlifts etc like mentioned above
She does shoulder and arm workouts as well as abs and legs, with light weights and good technique hitting 12 reps
Her training over the week is probably 75% cardio 25% weights

Sounds like the typical cardio bunny who thinks that if she picks up a weight she will get to big. Steroids aren't for her.

Suggest switch this to 75% resistance training 25% cardio!
I was a cardio bunny until recently....last 8 months and have changed my outlook on training. I am better off and look forward to lifting, db, BB, with machines my least favorite. My body is responding better to weights in the last 8 months then it did to cardio in the previous 8 years.
If she wants to change her look, lift baby lift!
I am not big. I look small compared to most. I am 138 now and 5'4" I have shredded more body fat by doing the ecy stack then doing aas. I finished a cycle of var and primo buy stopped 2 weeks early bc my life got in the way and I couldn't lift so why bother putting chemicals in.
Suggest focus on moving to more weight and less cardio. Dial in the diet and give a run at that before introducing substances.

Only one thing forgot to add, to some women its very difficult to lose fat while on birth control.
If you think about it the pill is estrogen and progesterone which as we know are not notorious for holding water and storing fat.

I've contribute articulate and educated advice in this thread and others. What I HAVENT done is insult and disrespected someone's wife. I'm a grown man and won't kiss ass just because I'm new here. I have a lot of experience and this forum and I will have a mutually beneficial relationship.

x2....actually Kramer HAS contributed, as have you mr.fresh. just 'cause we're "newbies"...LOL...doesn't mean we can't express our irritation when someone fuks up a thread, no matter how many posts we have. actually, one of the reasons i'm a "newbie" here is that I spent a lot of time lurking on all of them, then chose this one because everyone seems so knowledgeable and friendly, even when they disagree....nothing wrong with debating issues if someone benefits in the end from it IMO. it's when things get creepy and uncivil that we are steered to other sites. if there is some unwritten rule (or even a written one...a sticky?) that says "newbies" can't vent, please point me in that direction.
