PCT Critique for first cycle

Hi All,
Coming off my first cycle of Test P + Anavar . Loved the gains and the shred as well. Now I'm looking forward to your critique on the PCT. Below are my stats and the cycle:

Stats
Age: 30
Height: 5'10
Weight: 230lbs 13% BF

Cycle
- Test P 150mg EOD W1-12
- HCG 250ius twice a week W1-12
- Anavar 80mg ED W6-12
- Arimidex 0.25mg EOD W1-12

HCG and Arimidex will stop the last day with Test P shot.

My PCT will be as follows
- Starts 3 days after last Test P shot
- Clomid 50/50/50/50
- Nolva 20/20/20/20

Do you think I should frontload 40mg of Nolva for the first two weeks?
Also what's your view on adding aromasin or/and proviron to Clomid and Nolva in order to avoid post cycle crash?


Any specific supplements you suggest I use during my PCT to maintain gains?

100mg of clomid CAN be a bit harsh for some ppl it can cause them visual problems at that dose.
