Crohn´s disease and anabolic steroids
Hello everyone I am pretty much new here.
First off my stats:
Age:22
Height: 5´10"
Weight: 148 lbs
Bodyfat: <13%
Ive been training insanely hard for three years straight, I track my calories and hit the gym extremely hard no matter what happens. I stay up till 7 am every single day just to eat 3500-7000 calories. Furthermore I mainly focus on compound movements and as a result Ive gained about 45 lbs in the first six months even though my entire intestines are affected by crohns disease (smaller and larger intestine).
I´am feeling better right now but I somehow get weaker and weaker every single damn day and am nowhere where I want to be (physique wise), example:
I went from:
Squats 270 lbs for 7 reps to now struggling to rep out 135 lbs -even though I never stopped training or dieting.
I want to start my first cycle. Ive done enough research to find a somewhat legit and safe supplier and I am aware of the possible side effects.
I want to run a test only cycle but cant really choose which ester has the best impact on my immune system...the best case would be a total shutdown of my immune system or lowering my immune systems activity. That would not only help me gain mass but also somewhat slower my crohns disease !
Thanks in advance you guys are my last resort !!!

I suggest posting up your food intake and training sessions for review. Something isn't right or you would be gaining and with your height and weight you are not ready to cycle yet

No, I have crohns disease and my entire intestines are affected by it, thats the main reson for my weight problem. It is like trying to fill your car up with gas when it has holes in its gas tank...
In my case even my smaller intestines are inflammated which makes it extremely hard for my body to absorb nutrients that I am eating...trust me I work out harder and better than god, same thing goes for my diet. Its just that my intestines are "sick" and cant do their job correctly...thats where steroids come in handy, they will help my intestines absorb nutrients, I talked about it with my doctor but he is stupid and scared of steroids

For treating Crohn's disease are used corticosteroids not anabolic steroids (there is difference between them),so i guess your doctor was talking about corticosteroids not anabolic steroids .

I think you need to speak to a specialist with in that department rather than a general doctor/gp

Stress and training "intensely hard" doesn't go well with crohn's, in my opinion. You're raising your cortisol levels and cortisol is anabolic . You should do shorter sets with heavy weights and eat whatever diet works for crohn's but make sure you are really eating enough, and not treat your body in a way that is going to cause a stress response. After I read what you wrote, I am not surprised you are getting weaker.
I'm sorry, I know this is another answer that doesn't give you the info you wanted - I don't know what will happen if you cycle. If you cycle and workout even more intensely hard, I would be worried you would end up in a heap once it is all over. But I will definitely admit I do not know. Good luck to you, whatever choice you make.
