Ice pack as long az you are in the inflammatory phase(couple days)
Once you pass that phase do some transversal friction(pain not above 4/10) for 2 minute 2-3 time daily.

You can put some heat but not right after the friction.

Ice and a good Massage therapist 1 or 2 times a week. Massage not just the area of pain..You would be suprised at how far inflamation can travel.

Tennis elbow is broadly defined. Are you referring to your radialis?

No,my pain is in the medial epicondyle area. I almost feel like i tore or started a tear on the tendon attaching a muscle

Something that has helped me is flossing my elbow. Do a Google on Voodoo Floss and elbow and you should get plenty of hits.
Flossing has kept me from going in for a cortisone shot before. IMO, it is definitely worth your time to at least look into it.
    Good luck!

Consider a tennis elbow strap. I wear one during most workouts as I'm prone to irritation there. It helps keep vibration out thus reducing recurrent irritation / inflammation.

Kel, in the medial epicondyle region on the opposite side(closer to elbow bone not AC branch)... A little lower than the elbow - as well as the flexor Carpi radialis, but the muscle next to the X(looking at it its the Left) - when I do any type of pronation/supination, while curling especially, I get like a shin splint pain in my forearm... It also radiates up and down while also just a sharp throb... Could this be the fascia tearing off the bone?? Or what else am I missing(epicondylitis) etc??

Now I think of it - it seems as both are connected - the epicondyle wraps around and the Carpi radialis is where it really throbs or like a sharp stabbing pain!
    Thx

To me it sounds like inflammation. It can be debilitating when it's deep seeded and feels exactly as you described. Pain can radiate up to your shoulder and down to your wrist. Another item I use is DMSO Gel with Aloe which you can get off of Amazon. The elbow strap can usually be found at any decent pharmacy. Bigger is not necessarily better when it comes to the strap, which is why I posted the pic to give you an idea.

Always opt for PT first, imho! I've had a lot of surgeries(some - most - just had to be done) - the Dr in Alabama(I'm 95% sure - is the best in the country for Tommy John Surgery) idk if this is the same thing or not... Tendons... Could be different...

Hey Kel/or AG(didn't know you had elbow probs - I missed that :/), did you ever see my question above? Could you give some insight to what you think I'm explaining... Thx!

+1 on the voodoo floss it helps the whole elbow

Regarding your injury which I had recently, solved it by incorporating forearm training into my schedule.
At least in my case the arm and forearm inbalance was creating problems.

What about if it's more in your forearms them self BB? Do you know... It almost feels as if my fascia us tearing off the bone(like shin splints basically)?!

But is it an injury? Seems you are describing fascia streching / muscle compression...

Pain from injury (tendinitis, etc) is completely different from fascia streching.

Yeah true - it is very painful - but it doesn't happen intensely often - but when doing any pronation/or supination, especially w/arms/delts, my forearms start to throb and radiate up/& down w/a sharp stabbing pain from between Carpi radialis/& medial epicondyle - I do have slight carpel tunnel syndrome in that forearm(due to the nerve damage I have from the R shoulder
