    Test E & Anavar Cycle

    My stats are 28yrs old 6'4 275lbs around 18% BF. I'm getting ready to start a test/var cycle and I want to know what yall think. I'm looking to lean up and gain as much strength as possible.

    Weeks 1-12. Test E 450mg EW split
    Weeks 1-2 Anavar 50mg ED split
    Weeks 3-6 Anavar 75mg ED split
    Weeks 14-18 Clomid 100/100/50/25 and Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Weeks 1-14 Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
    Weeks 1-6 N2Guard and milk thistle

    How does this cycle look? What are yalls recommendations? Thanks!!

    First off where's your AI HCG on cycle(you start them from the beginning) -- clomid doesn't need to be ran that high off this cycle(75/50/50/50) your nolva is on point!

    I think that you should concentrate on getting your bf% down to under 15% - if you want to lean out you need to do cardio and make sure your diet is on point or the var at your bf will do nothing in terms of leaning out... Nutrition dictates your results... Along with a good/correct training program...

    IMHO prime your body and get to 12% and then run test/var for optimal results! Up cardio - try it fasted in am then bring a shk w/oats/a banana or some other fruits(to break your nightly fast)

    Right now list everything you eat in a day!
    Oh and run your liver support(NAC is a better option) throughout entire cycle(even w/injectables)

    Anavar seems to help if your body fat is already low not so much to help drop large amounts of body fat.

    This^^^^ also, head over to the diet/nutrition forum. Read stickies, learn what TDEE is and what yours is. Then learn how to manipulate TDEE to meet your goals. Also learn how to split up your macros to achieve those same goals.
