    Damn bloods

Got bloods done this morning, they take it in the middle of the arm where the joint is ffs i cant even train tonight, feels like a pull muscle. Ive had a rest day and trained everthing, tonight was arms and the pain when lifting is too concerning.

Annoying why cant the take bloods from the middle of a forearm, instead of where you bend your arms ffs

Sorry i know this is q and a section, cant think of where else to put it.

    Rant over lol

Lounge lol - and they have to draw from the AC joint! It's your thickest veins(circumference wise) and usually regulated by the Fed Gov't in the states... But same protocol

it sucks! you shouldn't feel any pain if they do it right. most likely they went through the vein and into your muscle then pulled back. that's why you have sore muscle.

Theres quite a lump and some what id say is bad bruising from a little pin (although the pin was bigger than what i use for deep intramuscular- which i didnt really get why it needs to be)

Went to do hammer curl and it was too painful, im home with my feet up and stuffing my face instead

Sounds like they blew the vein(w/a lump like that) and also what bass said(could've went into a muscle then pulled back) idiots... And usually they use an 18g or a 16g -- I know here in the states Red Cross uses a 16g harpoon!

Forearm veins can be difficult to draw much blood from. With a straight stick, you need a large vein that is easy to hit and remain inside of while you switch vacuum tubes. The needle is large because it allows for a rapid flow and doesn't risk damaging the sample (hemolysis).

Seems you really are not used to draw blood, which can be a concern for someone using steroids .

Elbom veins are always used, needle needs to be a certain gauge for blood not to clog inside it, it shouldnt bruise but it can happen, you should not think of training arms in same day of drawing blood.

Hope all is well with bw results.

Ive not used steroids for a few years,
but now im older and have a family i think its important i keep check on everything, including liver and kidneys.

The only problem i see is if my doc will keep giving me bloods or not.

the only reason i got them was because i went in and lied saying i had ED.
If i had of went in and said "will you do me a favour and take bloods every 6 weeks so i can monitor my ranges when using gear", i think there is a chance they would have said no.

And i cant afford to do private bloodwork every 6 weeks, its too expensive from what ive seen.

Its free in the uk but not sure they will do it every 6 weeks

Of course im a warrior Sil, im also stupid at times and have a crazy side
i think of risk vs reward but i also think you need to take some risks to get your reward.

The pain doesnt bother me, its the fact im sitting here raring to train and beast an arm session but i cant thats pi55ing me off lol

Im hoping the 200mg tren for 10 weeks was "light" on my body considering everyone was recommending 300mg+

Get results wednesday, not sure they testing for EVERYTHING but will post what i get back in my log

Yea buddy, still updating my log or shall we say extended log

    http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...e-200mg-9.html

Only been on my extension for a week, bodyfat dropping and weight staying the same, nothing to really warrant an update yet
