Oral Vs. AAS

Hi Guys,

Just a quick bit of research about orals steroids really.

A lot of Pro hormones have a higher anabolic to androgenic ratio that testosterone for example:

Testosterone is 100/100
Superdrol is 400/20

If we have two users one on Testosterone and the other on superdrol, from reading around on the forums we would expect the testosterone user to gain more than the Superdrol user, Why?

Assuming that two users are identical (impossible I know) is it simply because although 30mg of superdrol is more anabolic, only around 5mg ever makes it in? Does that then mean that it really have anabolic power of 20mg of testosterone, and because if you are taking 500mg of testosterone per week that on average you have 71mg per day(again in know that isn't the case).

Hopefully everyone can follow this.

Any androgens added to your system suppress natty testosterone production leaving you with low test and the symptoms as well. That's why test needs to be the base of any well planned cycle

A:A ratios are very misleading because they are based on rat assays, not human gains in a real world setting. Rats are given huge doses for around a week, then killed, dissected, and their organs (levator ani and seminal vesicles) are weighed against each other to create the ratio.

100mg test E injected= 70% approx active test ( the rest is the ester) = 70mg testosterone value

100mg superdrol = 16% is active after 1st liver pass= 16mg x 4time adrogen ratio= 64mg effective testosterone value

so this is basic- could be out by a few % , but in essence , mg to mg, test is best ,and inject yourself and save that liver for when you get old.

Any 17aa oral has FAR better than 16% bioavailability.
And if you think that 100mg of test is more potent than even 10 mg of SD, then you don't know the first thing about the latter.

I stand corrected, its estimated at 50% bioavailability. Does the calculation process still stand?

If you're running 500mg of superdrol a week, your gains would blow 500 test gains out of the water. They wouldn't even be comparable. You would also have acute liver failure in 12-16 days by my estimate.

I just realized that I was comparing 10mg of SD daily to 100mg of test weekly.
Regardless, there is no point in trying to calculate ester weights vs oral bioavailability, since they are apples to oranges.

I hope you're joking. I've never heard of anyone doing over 40 mg without quickly aborting from complications.
