Winny or Var for chicks

So ive been doing some research and my girl and i are considering her taking her first cycle. she wants to get on Var and im thinking winny but im not sure. what do you guys think? she mainly needs to be on something thats going to lean her out. shes 25 and has plenty of experience in the gym she just got out of it and gained a little weight.
