    First big cycle

    I am about to start a big cycle for me. I'm going to be on test, deca , masteron , and winny. I currently weigh 220 pounds at 5'8". I will have my diet right. I'm wanting to cut some weight and keep or build more muscle. I am looking for some direction on proper dosing and timing. Thanks in advance.

    What's your bf % and previous cycle experience? Age,years training. And maybe a pic

    You say you will have you diet on point,

    This tells me that your diet isnt currently on point?

    Winny and Masteron wont do anything for you unless your at the 10% mark

    Please post a pic to see what we are deailing with in order to give you the correct and safest advice on your situation

    Also lay out all of your previous cycle history

    Thanks guys. I will get a picture up soon. My bf% is about 24%. I'm 31 years old. I've been doing Crossfit with emphasis on Olympic lifting for about 2.5 years. Before that I have been very stagnant. When I started I was 260 pounds and not strong at all. I am way more strong now at 220. My diet is normally pretty good. The last week has been bad due to vacation but will be back on track as soon as I start my next cycle. My previous cycles consist of just test 1mg 2 times a week. Did that for about 10 weeks. Then my next was test 2 times a week and winny and Trenbolone . I'm currently prescribed test by my primary care md due to naturally low T. My T levels are always between 1000-1100.

    I would not consider cycling until you are below 15% bf.

    Ehh, not me

    But, I say only cycle to cut - this doesn't really compute to most newb folk

    You can run low test alone & have be on a extreme cal deficit. Lose a fat like no other & possibly gain a pound of LBM or 2.
