Tons of great info on hyper thermic conditioning. I highly recommend you find Rhonda Patrick's podcasts on heat stress, as well as her interviews on Joe rogan podcast.
I own an infrared sauna and feel that it makes a giant impact on overall health, leanness, sense of well being and athletic performance.

A steam room makes me feel a whole lot better. especially when my muscles feel tight.

When I use the sauna my face gets way leaner and I fell good. But a friend of mine told me that it takes the pump away like doing cardio after a workout, but I don't know if this it's true any thoughts?

Pump is only temporary anyway, my pump after training goes after a couple of hours, regardless if i have a steam room, sleep or whatever else

But I fell that the felling of wellbeing it's worth it so I'll use the sauna eod

We all do, i love the stuff,
If your staying hydrated, a sauna isnt going to all of a sudden drain and dry you out leaving you feeling small/0 pump
