Help me look over my blood results please

29 6' 175lbs. I've felt the typical low t symptoms for the past few years. I've always felt like I was complaining but I knew something wasn't right. I'm on zoloft 50mg and I have a vericocele which may be the cause of the fsh being high. My test was 330 when I got my blood work done a month ago but it was on a full stomach so I decided to do it again first thing in the morning. So what do you guys think?

Can't post the image of the blood work yet but the main things were
    Total test: 319 (348-1197)
    LH: 4.8 (1.7-8.6)
    FSH: 21.8 (1.5-12.4)
    Estradiol: 8.3 (7.6-42.6)

Also my BUN was 21 but it's always been a little high.

Adam, when you can post your full blood work, you might want to post it at the link below:

    Your LH level is fine.
Varicoceles can / will inhibit testosterone production. Sometimes greatly.
Do you have: Prolactin, Cortisol, Thyroid panel?

I have the tsh which was right in the middle of the range. I realize thats not a full thyroid panel but it's all I have so far. Cortisol and prolactin haven't been tested yet. I'm setting up a appointment with my gp and then I'll go from there.

Well, middle of the range is probably not good is using an old scale which most labs are clinging to. The most modern range is .3 - 3.0 and anything over 2 should be looked into.

As stated your LH appears fine, but that does not mean it nor normally a bit higher for you. I'd probably be focusing on your varicocele if it were me:
