    Suggest an injection spot

i'm thinking about injecting my calf because it's the weaker calf, but i believe that may serve no purpose due to what i think i remember reading a year or so ago. I've been doing tons of running 3-4 miles 3X /week + agility and power stuff.

also, checking in. it's been awhile since I've posted. I LOVE TEST and all the androgens. god bless AAS! and fucking god bless america!

so in a nut shell i like to discuss things because i was raised by a single mother. -have to talk it out even though i'm pretty sure i know the course of action. nutrition / rest / injection = heal. correct me if i'm wrong.

Calve injections are one of the most painful. I tried it once, and limped around for a week. I will stick a needle in virtually any muscle other than my calve. If you want to do injections for sight enhancement in the one calve, I dont think your average AAS injections will help. Adding calve exercise at the end of each workout would probably work much better.

Calves? F-that!!! That would put me in a wheelchair!

Why are you injecting in your calf? To make it bigger? Are you injecting test into it?

I have zero experience with it, but I've heard of guys injecting insulin into calves to grow them. Maybe one of the vets can comment on that.

A buddy of mine injects virtually all parts of his body but he will only ever do more than 1cc at a time with a slin pin. He is a pro and told me a lot of pros do this.

I myself don't have the patience to wait for the oil to go thru a slin pin, or have the balls to pin my calfs lol.

Steroids will go to your muscles then to your blood where they will exert a systemic effect and not a local one, so it doesn't actually matter where you inject them, your body is gonna get affected as a whole; there is no relation whatsoever with which muscle you inject to. It is like you saying u will train your back to loose fat there; it doesn't work that way, u loose fat in all parts of your body when you use more calories than u eat ...

.....for spot injections?....it won't work brotha. Just to use for more rotation of your injections....that will work. The most I have injected into a single calf was 1.5cc.

Probably just a bit too much volume right now for your delts.

Lower part of my back, which is the last place of my fat to disappear, is what I am using at this time.

Guess it becomes subq as it goes into the lower back fat. Works very well for me at least.

    Agreed.
Also, for sites, Google "Sub-cutaneous" or "Intra-muscular" and use the images tab.

Be careful with the volume in the delts. I used to regularly put 3 ml in the delt, now when I inject delts I can feel and hear it going through scar tissue. If I do delts now I stick with 1ml only and use a slin pin.

I also wont do delt injections around my shoulder or back day. For some reason those days cause pain if I inject delts. I do quads the day I do legs with no problems, but for some reason delts bother me.

if you need an easy site to hit, that will take a good amount of volume, and usually will never affect your training the ventro glute is the spot. Ventro glute is not the easiest muscle to find the first time, but once you find the spot its great.

I've tried calves on a few occasions and I feel the same way as your,,,NOT FOR ME! It left me crippled for a few days after every time. No real benefit in injecting there anyway.

I wouldn't do calves, probably not going to feel so good. Always the glutes and quads
