    41, exp, please help me cut.

    Hi, I came off a motorcycle injury 6 months ago that put me on the couch for half a year and in that time I put on approx 50lbs. I'm down 20 lbs but It's been hell. I'm back at it strong and diet is 85% dialed. I fuck up avg of 1 weekend day (kids, wife , outings ends up exceeding my cals by 2-3 thousand) and it typically sets me back 4 days. I am exp with cutting, macros, cal in vs out all that. 5 days split work best for me and I have been doing 40 min bike fasting cardio this last 30 days and will continue.

    My question is my suggested cycle. I have been on 1ml test prop every 7 days for years (Dr prescribed). My # typically hovers around 400-500. I have a 10 ml winnie and am thinking of doing 8 week stack with 1 ml test every 4 days. Please give me advce, I have no exp stacking. I am 20-25 % fat and it all is in my torso. I typically can drop a lb to 2 a week but I really would like to up that. The cycle will help me stay on track as well but I hope for more than that?

    Better your diet. Raise the 85% to 95% and some cardio.

    You are seriously on prop as TRT, one shot every 7 days?

    Since your already a trt patient I would stay at the same dose until you get tbe body fat down to 15%. Increasing your dose can lead to more side effects. Your also going to need an AI when you up the dose. 1ml ever 4 days versus every 7 days is basically double the dose.

    Look into GW1516, it helps to lose bodyfat. This way once you get to 15% bodyfat the extra test wont give you as many sides.

    You should be able to utilize the winstrol towards the end, but what you have is not much. You would really only get around 20 days out of it.

    if your days that you go over your calories when out with the wife and kids is really 2-3k over, you are basically undoing everything you did for the week. Generally a coloric deficit of 500 calories per day is a good starting point. So if you eat 3k on the weekend your undoing all the work that week. Thats why you have stopped .aking progress. You dont need the extra test. Make sure to just make smart food decisions if your with the wife and kids.

    it might also be a chance to get the wbole family eating better and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Instead of going out and doing the normal, go for a hike, or go to the park and play some type of sport. Bring good food with you and eat picnic style, or go home and eat healthy afterwards.

    I missed that part. If it truly is prop, talk to your doctor and get you some test Cypionate or enanthate . You will feel much better with steadier levels. Test prop should be used at least eod. Some people might get away with every 3rd day but thats pushing it.

    Yes, I made a mistake though. Its Cyproiate. My wife tested me this AM and Since my shot Friday I am at 1110. This bad or what?

    Its putting you on a hormonal roller coaster. Look ul the half life of test prop. I believe its around 18-24 hours. To keep your levels steady you need more frequent injections. I you get some insulin syringes you could start using a smaller dose more frequently which should make you feel much better. You could even inject it subcutaneous due to the frequent injections.

    I would inject 25mg mon, wed, fr, and sunday. This is how I like to use prop and otber short esters. No matter how you do it smaller more frequent injections would be better.

    Yes, I made a mistake though. Its Cyproiate. My wife tested me this AM and Since my shot Friday I am at 1110. This bad or what?

    I cant edit my last post. You psoted while I was typing. Nothing wrong with that, your levels will be much higher the first couple days after your injection. How long after your injection does it take for you to test in the 500-600 range?

    injecting twice a week allowed me to lower my dose to 150mg per week. 75mg mon and 75 thurs.

    All good word here, yes it's true the setback is huge and starts my week off upset that I have just pissed away hard work.

    So I get this straight, I should hold off on the winnie and continue my 1ml a week broke down into 4 shots? Loose another 10% and then do the stack? AI? I have to look that up. GW1516, not sure the cost and if my guy can get me this. Than you man

    Get the diet on track, and since your using test Cypionate no need for the 4 times a week injections. I would go with 2 days a week. This will make your levels more stable. Hold off on the winni for sure. Once you fix the weekend weaknesses, things will start to kove in the right direction again.

    Whenever you need to lose weight the first chunk comes off easy. Then its barder and harder. Going from 35% bf to 30% is usually pretty easy. 30% to 20% percent is harder, and the trend continues. Getting down to the 10% or less is very hard for most.

    If you're on a 3000 cal/day diet, you're taking in about 21,000 cal/wk. If you work out hard, you'll burn about 800 cal/day. When you compare the two, you have WAY more room for improvement in the diet side. Just stay on your TRT, dial in your diet, and add cardio to your strength training. Permanent weight loss takes times. Be patient.

    No bullshit, It's true, been swinging with the wife (been together for over 20 yrs) last few years. It's been the time of my life Brothers, but I got in a motorcycle wreck about a year ago and it put me out of the gym for about 6 months. I could have been doing cardio most of the recovery time but instead I chose to eat what I wanted and days turned into weeks that turned into months. I ballooned from 205lb and say 15% (guess) to 250lbs (fat fuk). I hold all my weight in the gut. I hold fat in the worst visual way. So yeah, Swinging came to an end with the weight, you have to look good to score with other attractive couples. It's not only that by any means, I think we all agree life is so much better when we feel good and look good. All in all, I like to feel good about my physique like all of you. This last year has been a real bitch.

    I have been at now for a few months and I am down to 217 today, (guessing fat now 25%) Food control has been harder than ever in my 40 yrs. I always want to binge at bedtime but I am coping with the impulses. Now I am coping with being consistent 7 days instead of 5-6. I do have kids so there are times I am very challenged on weekends. I have been averaging one bad day a week of cheating the entire day. (Guessing, 4000 to 7000 cals). Sets me back big time. I bloat like hell on Carb/sodium too. I know I am fuking up here but hearing your criticism and tough love is why I post here today. I value it from you. I really want my life back a year ago and with being accountable to the brothers willing to help me on here I think I can eliminate the fuk up day.

    My drug question?
    I am on (for years) Dr prescribed Test Cyproiate 1ml every 7 days. I just started splitting that to half every 3-4 days as suggested here. My wife is a Med-Tech so she test my blood when I ask. Three days after my last 9cc poke I was at 1110.
    I have 10ml of winnie and plenty of test to double my test for a while if need be. Should I hold off on the winnie, is that enough? Should I increase test, stack it, if so with what?

    Here is my diet.
    This has not been as dialed until this last week. Now I generally eat the same everyday with small variations.

    8:45- 1 serving BCAA, 1 tbl spoon L-carnitine, 1500mg Glucosamine with 1500mg MSM, fish oil, 45 min of fasted cardio
    (bike 500 cals)

    10:15- Shake (tbl spoon smart balance PB and small banana) carb 23, pro 40, fat 8, cal 350


    11:00- 14oz egg whites with hot sauce and spinich leaves with 1/4 cup cheese, carb 32, pro 45, fat 8, cal 360
    1 packet quacker oats

    2:00- 6oz turkey/chicken breast, 6oz sweet potato, cup 1/2 of mix vegi.
    calorie free wing sauce, parm cheese carb 35, pro 36, fat 6, cal 400

    4:30ish Shake (tbl spoon smart balance PB and small banana) 1 tbl spoon L-carnitine,
    Pre-workout carb 23, pro 40, fat 8, cal 350

    6:00ish I Train hard, 2 bdy part, 4 day split

    8:00ish Post shake (tbl spoon PB2) no PB or banana, pro 40 , fat 2, cal 170
    vita D3, fish oil, 1 serving BCAA, 1500mg Glucosamine with 1500mg MSM,
    5mg Creatine, Zinc, Pro-biotic, Mens Muti-vitamine.

    9:00ish Turkey patty, bell pepper, jalepenos, romano chesse pro 40, fat 2, cal 200


    TOTALS: carb 113, pro 201, fat 35, cals 1830


    The wife is hot and fit (8 out of 10), It bothers me that I have gone to shit. I know she likes me looking fit like her. She is very supportive and also my training partner, and more disciplined with food than me so it is helping me with staying on track.
    I will answer any questions you may have, even on the swinging, lol I'm cool with it.
