    Questions About Clenbuterol + Cycle Critique

    CYCLE:
    DAY 1 – 20mcg
    DAY 2 – 40mcg
    DAY 3 – 60mcg
    DAY 4 – 80mcg
    DAY 5 – 100mcg
    DAY 6 to 14 – 120mcg

    Taurine 3g/daily
    [2 WEEKS OFF] Ephedrine

    STATS:
    AGE – 26 years old
    HEIGHT – 5'9
    WEIGHT – 185lbs
    BODY FAT – 12%
    TRAINING EXPERIENCE - 8 years
    AAS EXPERIENCE - 2 bulking cycles

    GOAL:
    10% body fat or lower

    EQUIPMENT:
    Clenbuterol (tablet form) – 50mcg per tablet
    Taurine – 1g per tablet
    Ephedrine – 8mg per tablet

    NOTE:
    If you remember me from my other thread, turns out my friends electronic scale broke. He’s lost 7lbs over 6 weeks already so he’s doing fine. Also, Mr. BB if you’re reading this, I didn’t want to bump an old thread (I stopped checking that one) but to answer your question, the DEXA scan costs around $130. I got a discount on that price though because I already know someone who works there. Thanks for everyone that answered the questions in my old thread.

    BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
    First off, I have already done my research. These questions are either unanswered, unclear, or have conflicting opinions, which is why I’m posting them here for further clarification. I will be running this clen cycle in around June 2017. The reason why I’m posting about it now is because my buyer has a high minimum order. This means that I have to plan out my cycles ahead of time before I place an order.

    QUESTIONS:

    1. Please critique my clen cycle. People give out so much conflicting information online that I can’t tell who to believe. Some say start at 20mcg if it’s your first clen cycle while some say the standard starting dosage is 60 mcg for men. Some say to taper off and some say not to. After doing much research, I have concluded that the maximum I will use is around 120mcg. Keep in mind, this will be my FIRST clen cycle.

    2. Using the 2 WEEKS ON/2 WEEKS OFF method for cycling clen, do the effects of clen still work during those 2 weeks off?

    3. What type of cardio (HIIT or walking only) should I be doing while taking clen? How long should I run? I normally do 45 minutes of HIIT but research online says HIIT may be harmful when running clen.

    4. When should I take the clen? Is there a best time to take it? Do I have to split dosages up throughout the day?

    5. Should I continue taking creatine or should I stop it while I’m taking clen? The reason why I’m asking is because it would be hard to see my results in the mirror from the creatine water weight.

    6. Should I take ephedrine during the two weeks off? If so, at what dosage?

    BONUS: Anybody know how I'm supposed to split a 50mcg pill into 20mcg? I was just going to guess the dosages (i.e. split 50mcg in half and just eat the smaller half of the pill for 20mcg) but it would be nice if anyone knew how to solve this problem.

    Taurine 3mg/daily You should take 5g not 5mg daily.

On my first clen cycle I started at 40mcg and I didn't sleep for 36 hours. Seriously, I could hear my heart beating in my ears. Be safe.

    2. Using the 2 WEEKS ON/2 WEEKS OFF method for cycling clen, do the effects of clen still work during those 2 weeks off? Get Keto and just run clen continuously until your bf is where you want.

    3. What type of cardio (HIIT or walking only) should I be doing while taking clen? How long should I run? I normally do 45 minutes of HIIT but research online says HIIT may be harmful when running clen. It'll be hard to do HIIT type of training when you're on clen. My resting heart rate, at 80mcg of clen, is 110bpm. It doesn't take much to take the heart rate past 140bpm. Do moderate cardio like the StairMaster for 20 mins after your workout and you'll get in plenty of cardio

    4. When should I take the clen? Is there a best time to take it? Do I have to split dosages up throughout the day? The half life of clen is 1.5 days. It doesn't matter when you take it. I take the whole dosage in the morning so I'm shaking, sweating, and cramping all day. LOL

    5. Should I continue taking creatine or should I stop it while I’m taking clen? The reason why I’m asking is because it would be hard to see my results in the mirror from the creatine water weight. You don't have to stop taking creatine if you've been taking it for a while. Your body should be in homeostasis, steady state, with creatine so the changes you see will be the fat loss.

    6. Should I take ephedrine during the two weeks off? If so, at what dosage? Drop the E, you don't need it.

    No good way to do it except with the eye ball and a pill cutter. Just cut the pill in half and you'll have 25mcg. You can split it into 1/4 and get 12.5mcg. I would start with 25mcg and add 12.5mcg daily. It's a slower ramp but it will be easier on the body.

    Great advice above. I would emphasize not to take any ephedrine during your clen run. Too much stress on the heart. I don't even take caffeine when I'm on clen

    I made a mistake on the original post, I meant 3g of taurine, not 3mcg. Anyways, I'll bump it up to 5g. I got some new questions though.

    1. So I should take nothing on the off weeks? I would run clen continuously but I can't since I don't have any ketotifen.

    2. Do you know where I can get ketotifen? I live in Canada but my supplier doesn't have any keto.

    3. Do you think I should increase my max dosage to 120mcg for clen or would 80mcg/100mcg be better?

    4. So since my pills are strangely dosed at 50mcg, would my "new" cycle look like this?

    DAY 1 – 25mcg
    DAY 2 – 37.5mcg
    DAY 3 – 50mcg
    DAY 4 – 62.5mcg
    DAY 5 – 75mcg
    DAY 6 – 87.5mcg
    DAY 7 – 100mcg
    DAY 8 to 14 - 125mcg

If you're not shaking/cramping too bad, increase to 100 and so on to 120mcg. Some guys are running 140mcg/ed. I run 80mcg/ed I'm shaking like a little puppy before dinner. LOL

    4. So since my pills are strangely dosed at 50mcg, would my "new" cycle look like this? 12.5mcg first day and increase by 12.5mcg when you're ready. I go by how I feel and not by a timeline.

    DAY 3 – 50mcg
    DAY 4 – 62.5mcg
    DAY 5 – 75mcg
    DAY 6 – 87.5mcg

    Just listen you your body when you get up into the higher doses.


    I always thought the ephedrine was used just to continue the fat loss during the off weeks. I'll take it out though. Health should always come first. Thanks for the advice.
    Ephedrine/Caffeine works on the same beta receptors as clen. They'll be "tired" after 2 weeks of clen. They won't be in the mood to work for you even if you pump ephedrine onto them.
