Unfortunately your joint will go right back to having problems one decca is done. Decca is one of my favorite, because it makes your joints feel great. Theres a few products that might help. Hyaluronic acid, tb500, bpc157, or polysulfated glycosaminoglycan (ichon). Do some research into them and pick which you think will work the best. Ichon is hard to find, but it can be done.

Take a look into Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy. It can be quite effective. Maybe your insurance will cover it?

The thing is if you have a torn labrum the only thing that will fix it is a operation.
