The mind is a terrible thing to taste.
Just deal with it, no anti d's, those will make things worse.
The problem right now is "drugs" (aas) more drugs dont and won't help.
Just like growing pot. If the plant is sick or stressed, or over fertilized and burnt, no more supplements will do anything but hurt.
Need to flush that shit out

I don't know about drug test but you can open a thread in the TRT forum if you seek guidance.
When it comes to TRT a doc diagnosis and prescription would be advisable in the long term.
The issue is though, you don't necessarily score as a low T patient, because you don't know what your natural output is after all this time cruising/blasting.
What TRT dose do you have in mind? I suggest you do a standard TRT protocol that let you adjust - 200mg once and 250IU HCG 2x.
200 is high end but still a nice step in the right direction if you cannot handle a more drastic reduction.
After three months you should consider PCT though.

I have written on the forums before about tren cough, insomnia, and appetite suppression. It also makes higher rep and cardio work much more difficult. Never experienced any roid rage or mental issues with it. It is a harsh AAS. It seemed particularly hard to recover from in the sense of testicular atrophy and post cycle drop in libido. Anecdotally at least it seems what many contribute to "roid rage" is actually just hypertension in which a higher blood pressure makes one feel worse and "shortens the fuse" so to speak. I experienced this to some degree with anadrol , but tren is also known to raise blood pressure significantly in some. Tren is probably the worst in terms of promoting more body hair growth, especially on one's back.
