    What else causes LOW SHBG ?

    No thyroids or insulin resistance problems, all numbers are solid. Liver #s are solid too. no fatty liver. Lean guy. What else could cause low SHBG ? TRT has been shitty

    Low levels of SHBG can be related to:

    Obesity
    Type 2 diabetes
    Hypothyroidism
    Acromegaly, or too much growth hormone , causing body tissues grow larger over time.
