Your strength gains from your first cycle?
Hey guys this is my first post, was just wondering what your strength gains were like from your first cycle?
Post your before and after lifts for: Bench press, deadlift, squat and over head press. And how much size and strength did you keep?

Brilliant gains there sir, I'm looking for 40Kg jump on my bench press when I plan in a few months time. Do you think that's realistic? 12 week cycle.

I'm 6 weeks in and I suspect my bench is up. How much - I don't yet know, but I've increased my bench @ 225 lbs from 4 to 9 reps in 5 weeks. Pretty sure my max is higher than the previous 275 lbs I had lifted prior to my first cycle.
