    1st cycle test e plan

Was wondering if this looks good for a first cycle? Getting ready but want to make sure I have a solid plan in place!

    Thank you!

You should wait two weeks after your last pin before starting SERM therapy.

Imo there's no need for aromasin during PCT.

You can stop your AI when beginning PCT.

As mentioned above you'd benefit from using 250IU of hcg twice a week until 2-3 days before starting PCT.

Posting cycle labs should be done after waiting at leat 6-8 weeks for SERMs to clear your system.

Yes, begin PCT two weeks after your last injection of test.

Switching to only using test p for the last few weeks is an advanced technique that shouldn't be attempted of a first cycle.

    Your labs look good.

    TG/HDL ratio is healthy.

It can be helpful to have your pre cycle lh and fsh values so that you can better judge HTPA reset with post cycle labs.

My diet is good, I do need to adjust I was 205 at 30+% bf and went down to 145lbs @ 10% bf several years ago, now I am about 180 @ about 17%, I'm living on the road deployed right now and don't have daily access to my bf measurements daily like I used to but will start measuring my macros again. I will have to up them but mostly my meals consist of lean chicken or fish, steak when I can, broccoli, brown rice oatmeal and protein shakes along with supplements. I eat really clean and seems like the same thing all the time, when I get to go home for the few weeks a year my gf is a great cook and the only time my diet suffers lol but I don't do soda, junk food or dirty is very minimal. No alcohol as well. Pretty much all I can think of, my macro plan is currently
    Calories-3060,carbs-383g,protein-153g,fat-102g

Only thing that came back high was alkaline, I believe it was from the supplements I was taking but having another lab done before I start, this lab was drawn in august this year

17% BF is not good...and it's even worse when you weigh 170.

You're also over training. Rest = results. 2/3 days on, day off. Repeat.

When will you be back from deployment?

I have a problem with the overtraining, went 8 months the last time before I even took a rest day, been doing a new program and following it pretty good now 2 rest days a week and seems like I'm getting more from that, getting the body fat down but I don't know if my measurements for bf are accurate, Fitbit aria gives me a diff measurement every time I think I need to learn how to do calipers accurately, got back 3 days ago but going right back out soon, waiting on orders now
