I try to use Xanax as sparingly as possible. . . . After coming off(blank), I had terrible anxiety and couldn't sleep worth a crap. During the day I'm totally fine. But, at night - when I was used to being (blank) I straight could not sleep and built anxiety.

And, actually it does not. It raises your heart rate - and, I would figure BP also

Yeah I will say, it makes my heart thump pretty good sometimes almost scary.

I've not smoked cigs or that in 9 days(also no vaping or edibles)

I honestly feel great tons of energy can breath better.

I will never touch cigs again ever. The other, I could use a break, every body needs a break. Too much of a good thing is not good. That's also the good thing about that. You can actually quite no problem, no worse for wear. Can't be said really about another type of substance, from alcohol to harder things.

I tried as low as 10mg telmisartan (ang2 blocker), with the result BP stayed the same (140/90) but HR jumped in the 90-100 bpm range (normally around 70).

Then you experience reflex tachycardia from the BP meds.
Heart rate increase and bring your BP back up.

If I take a beta blocker, (my HR can be as low as 40 sometimes),
I get an increase in BP actually. It's because my resting HR is allready low enough and the beta blocker frees up adrenaline to bind to the alpha1 receptors causing vasoconstriction.
Reason why you must never mix a beta blocker with a stimulant.

Off the tren e now, and still doing my holistic remedy stuff. Sitting at 130/70 this am. Def not bad - it's the tren, specially the e that gives me funky sides. . . I'll stay off for a bit & try ace again later to see how it treats me.

    No sides.
My mom got the dreaded dry cough though, so she had to switch meds...

A flawed study, that's been debunked.
Though, it persists, as a myth...

Apparently it can be done - lowering BP semi long term without taking any additional med - just homeopathic remedies.

I kinda focused on my health as much(prob even more) as I do getting juiced.

So far so good - 99% of all rec drug use is out the window. I eat at solid 80% or so(80% being quality whole food, the other 20% being things that a typical Joe Schmo would call food).

This is taken late in the day. . . . I have seen it as low as about 120/70 about an hour after waking up. Highest I have seen is after working most of the day at about mid 140's/low 80's

When's the last time you did blood work to see where your estrogen markers are? Doesn't look like you're holding much water (given your avatar is a recent pic) but even so I've had elevated BP when my estrogen isn't in check.

it was originally developed as a blood pressure medication. it relaxes blood vessels and makes them more 'elastic' thus lowering blood pressure (the side effect was much easier to maintain and harder erections)

I had a similar problem with blood pressure never had one for years till about 35. I’ve been running gear for quite some time. Changed my lifestyle and diet witch helped a lot but still not great. Come to find out my anxiety was the cause. Doctor put me on .5 mg kolonopin witch is also used for bp now instead of bp med I killed 2 birds wit one stone rid of anxiety and bp 125/80 not sure if this is any help just wanted to try and help

Have you looked at your arm size vs the band size on your machine? To small of a band will show a higher reading for BP. Might was to look at a low dose beta blocker. Works great for anxiety and BP but side is loss of libieto. But Cheap med (4 bucks at the pharmacy with RX) and you can go on and off them easy.

Please edit as David states. Talking about recreational drugs can put this site at risk.

It's worth looking into bro. Elevated estrogen can have an impact on bp. Well worth the 80 bucks to know for sure. You're prob fine w/ the aromasin but you never know...
