i'm carefully planning my last cycle trying to get 15 to 20lbs that's it,
i'm 37yrs 5.8 1/2 175lbs. i heard 3 to 4ui's 5 days on 2 off for 12weeks
can do it, its this correct? honestly guys i'm afraid to do try HGH.
anyone can give me a good advice about it on what TO DO. thanks...

6iu's per day ever day. It depends on your size. I believe the ratio is .04 ius per pound bodyweight... I could be wrong on that.

How much GH should he be using per day? I have heard from many 6ius is best, but JohnnyB said 2ius and he knows his shit... what do you guys think?

ur reccommending to do test500mg for 12 wks nothing wrong with it,
see the thing is i want to try something else, already did test, deca ,eq,
andriol , d-bol, sust, so depending on cash i'll see how long i can run HGH
i heard its pretty expensive, whats the shortest time u can do it?

I wouldn't do it less than 4 months personally. when i start in september, i don't plan on getting off.

Bro, I recently was on HGH for about two months. My dose averaged about 5-6 I.U's per day. I was also taking 250mg of test per week. Although I've heard you need to stay on HGH for at least 4 months to really get results, I definately noticed an increase in strength and stamina. Also, my fingernails and hair grew faster and it seemed to turn the clock back as far as skin and overall appearence. I just looked and felt better. The stuff I was using was American Lilly humatrope. Pretty much some of the best you can get I hear. I would definately add it again when I can gather the required funds.

At 37 2iu ed for 6 months would be better 4iu 5on 2 of for 3 months. HGH is better for longer periods of time. If your looking for mass you'd need slin in there, I don't know much about slin so I won't comment on how to use it.

You can alway up the dose, if you feel 2iu is not doing it for you.

I'm going with what JohnnyB says. 2iu's everday for 6 months. Im 35 years old. from what I've read, there really isn't that big of a difference between 4iu's and 2 at my age. Plus, I'd rather start lower to see how my body reacts to it. If I get results with 2iu's, hell I've saved a ton of money!!!
