6 weeks into a Test and Deca cycle, i need to get off and start pct now

How much Clomid/Nolvadex should i take if i just started my test E/deca cycle 6 weeks ago?and how long should i take run the PCT. Basically the stuff has just kicked in about a week ago, i can feel it. I decided i'm not ready to use them at this point in my life and want to get come off due to some mental problems i've been having. I have done a Test cycle in the past but can't remember how much Clomid and Nolvadex i ran for PCT, i've also been taking 500 iu of HCG weekly, how long shoulld i continue using HCG?

Better to run the test one week longer than the deca then wait 2 weeks to start pct run hcg right up until 3 days before pct.

Use the adex right up to pct.

Run your test an extra 7 as stated.

Run your Adex and Hcg until 3 days before PCT starts.

PCT starts 14 days after last test shot
