Body fat estimate?
Hi guy
I have came to the end of my cycle and I think it's important to know what my body fat percentage is roughly. My body fat has remained the same throughout the cycle - but I've definitely gained mass and strength. Please note I am just interested in getting as big and strong as possible - rather than being at low levels of body fat.
Sure, id like to loose some fat which will be he focus of my next cycle and training/diet plans. But I'm not looking to loose all that much
Please see pictures atttched and if you could let me know what you estimate my bf at that would help me a lot
I weigh 252lbs @ 5 foot 8.
Thanks bros
P.s. Pics might not work as I'm posting from my phone

My guess would be 25-32%. You shouldn't be running any cycle at that high of a body fat. Hopefully you haven't had gyro issues. I understand about getting bigger but the best way to "APPEAR" bigger is to trim the waistline down. The symetry from the shoulders to the waste is what gives us the appearance of being bigger.

I think his idea of running a cycle in his eyes will speed up fat lost..... eat 500 calories a day or correct amount not sure guessing here 2500 a day you can only burn so much fat a day before your body will turn to muscle , running an AAS at this point its pointless and not safe ,
get on a ketogenic diet drop that fat the carb up and cycle

That amount of fat is probably more than you would carry around also for health reasons other than aesthetic.

Def 30% and for men that's bordering on obese. Before any bulk, you should always start with a reasonably low bf% and go from there, on or off a cycle.

Too high , u need to cut natty till 16-17% dude, i was 16% when i started my cutting cycle, went from 23 to 16 natty . You'll look way better when u cut , trust me , I prefer my real biceps over fatceps atm. Now i'm close to 10 bf , and won't start a bulk till august , probably gonna maintain ,and cut some more but on a much lower deficit
