    Yh because your natural gh pulses are at their highest when your sleeping so you wouldn't want to replace that

    I am not trying to scaremonger people away from making their own informed decisions. Just like I said in my post, I do not believe it would be safe to assume you can rely on gluconeogenesis while on insulin . I replied to the OPs post in which he linked to an article that suggests insulin use combined with a low carb diet, not insulin use in general. Though if you say you know guys who cut on it, I think that is interesting, I do not know all the intricacies of how it works on a cellular level though I'd assume you have to be lucky to be able to handle exogenous insulin with low blood sugar.

    UPDATED DIET WITH SLIN AND HGH
    let me know what you guys think about timing and dosages.

    ---Training Days--

    ***7:00am 2iu of hgh

    7:20am Meal 1:
    80g of old fashioned oatmeal
    2 cups of egg whites

    11:30am Meal 2:
    6oz of grilled chicken
    1 cup of white rice

    2:00pm Meal 3: 20mins before training
    6oz of grilled chicken
    1 cup of white rice

    Train

    ***4:00pm Post workout hgh 2iu

    ?4:20pm Post workout shake

    Inject Humalog IM 8iu of slin

    5 minutes after pin - drink shake with 10g glutamine / 10g creatine / 55g dextrose

    15 minutes after pin - drink shake with 80g of whey protein in water

    5:30am Post workout meal 60 - 75 minutes
    2 cup of egg whites
    1 cup of white rice

    7:00 pm Meal 4
    2 cups of fat free plain Greek yogurt

    *** 8:30HGH 2iu

    9:00pm Meal 5:
    2 cups of egg whites
    1 tbl of peanut butter

    I'd switch the gh from 8:30pm to 10:00am and I'd also start on 5iu slin not 8. Jab gh after workout wait 15mins then have insulin with postworkout shake make sure it is has 50g dextrose 50g Protein hour later have a meal

    So after all that my blood sugar levels should return to normal 80-120 right?

    Personally would wait more time after injecting expensive gh to inject slin.
