Take away:
-Mixture of Accutane, Proviron, Aromasin contributed to poor lipid panel
-E2 is lower now than when natty or natty + Asin
-Prostate, hematocrit, kidney, liver doing good
-hGH igf-1 results looking good
-Blood sugar & sodium okay. Could be better.
-Cardio has downgraded last 9 weeks. Need to up again
-Need to develop a plan to resolve lipid issue asapLast edited by MToption2; 05-30-2017 at 02:59 PM.

Try adding krill oil. If your taking fish oil, then replace it with krill oil. ( google Neptune krill oil study out performs fish oil) also add in citrus bergamot. * note I'm a member on another forum where a highly looked up to member (Dante trudel aka doggcrapp or founder of DC training, owner of true nutrition) switched to krill oil from fish oil while keeping his protocol, diet, training the same. He got blood work on fish oil, then on krill oil and posted the results. The krill greatly improved hdl and lowered ldl. Now take this for what it is worth, its not a scientific study. But it is something to consider since it is real world results with someone living a similar life style.

Ya google the Neptune krill oil study. Krill oil blew fish oil out of the water.

I'm partcularly wondering if anybody has noticed excellent lipid markers when swapping their dietary fat from saturated to mono/poly.
