Need instructions for first cycle
Hi folks
About Me:
>Male
>21
>Indian
>66kgs/145.5lbs
>5 Feet 4 Inch
What's Wrong with me:
>Low bone density
>almost 0 muscles
>tummy(can't even look at my dick)
>totally skinny
>All time tired
What I want:
>Good bone density(atleast in forearm)
>to reduce all body fats(atleast tummy and face fat)
>want abs(can feel upper abs)
>increase in body muscles with cuts
Diseases:
>Suffered from major Liver disease in childhood
>still minor liver issue occurs every 8-10 months which can be easily cured by otc
Preferred steroid (after my 2-3 months research):
>Testosterone
>Trenbolone
>Winstrol
>Dianabol
>Oxandrolone
Preferred Diet:
>~100g protein(80-90g from supplement)
>100-200g Carbohydrates(Mostly Rice, Wheat)
>Multivitamins supplement
Why I am here:
>Needs Expert guides and suggestion
What my doctor says:
Oh! c'mon man, do yoga, keep faith in god, miracle will happens and it will make you like Tom Cruise(or even better), You are good(seriously?), go for Ayurveda treatment(are we really in 21st century?) and bla bla bla like other Indian doctors, They believe in Gods, Magics, Miracles and this is the only reason I am here.
*Note:

Follow the link and read the entire thread until you understand it. Stay away from anything but testosterone on your first cycle.

My man I definitely advise against a cycle. I know it sucks seeing big guys everywhere but get in the gym and work hard for awhile and put on some mass, and then slowly cut after a few months. AAS are nothing to mess around with especially at 21 unless you wanna take a chance of being on trt. Even if you ignore all my advice and do a cycle ONLY do testosterone your first cycle. It would be crazy to do tren your first cycle. I would advise against any orals. You could try a prohormone because you said you're scared of needles but I still don't recommend it.

Hey Obs, I would like some advice as well. I am 30 yrs old. Healthy, 170 lbs after just losing 30 lbs. Just decided I need to get big. Hardly any muscle mass. Wanted to use dbol for first cycle. Would you advise I use testosterone first?

please look at this, I really need to reduce my tummy fat, I also did workout, but instead of losing, I gained lots of weight(due to carbs and protein supplement)
I only want two thing in first cycle: For bulking and fat cutting.
AI: Anastrozole(arimidex ), Is it for men?
PCT: Tamoxifen and Clomiphen, is it for men?
Do I need to take anything else on or after first cycle?

If you are cycling you need bodyfat under 15% before ever starting. Otherwise you will be wasting you time for both puposes. Get lean then bulk and rinse and repeat.
If you want to keep mass beyond your natural potential you need gear.
It takes a long time to reach your natural potential.
No one should cycle until 25 because it will disrupt your HPTA and hinder your potential.
Never take anything but test for a first cycle at 500mgs or less. One of the sad things about juice is your body will return to a natural state once you stop supplementing with juice.
If you are looking for a quick twenty pounds, you will watch it fade away as quickly as it came once you cease. Pct should consist of clomid/nolvadex (tamoximed) and you need an aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG for the duration of your cycle until the start of pct.
My opinion on dbol is that dbol puts on ten pounds of water and makes you pumped for a workout. Testosterone is and always will be king, base, motherboard, homeland, primary bitch, and the only thing you touch first cycle.
Orals are hard on your liver and overblown.
All this info and more is in the" executing my first cycle" thread link i posted above.
You need to read up on each compound required for a cycle (five of them) the first time. You need to be very educated on each compound and know the consequences of each and what its purpose is. Then you need to understand how to dose them.
Before during and after cycle you need bloodwork.

neither if you have had liver problems. you dont need steroids anyways at your current state.
i see people almost everyday on this forum that are overweight and barely train looking for steroids thinking it's going to magically burn fat for them and put on a bunch of muscle..which is far from reality.
Steroids dont help you burn more calories or lose fat, all they do is help preserve your muscle in a calorie deficit (while losing weight). you obviously dont have much muscle so there is no need to take steroids to preserve something you dont have yet. you also won't be putting on a bunch of muscle while losing weight no matter how many steroids you use. it would litterally be 100% pointless for someone like you to use steroids .
Change your diet and try to shoot for 150+ g of protein from real food, maybe 25-50g from supplements/shakes only. Weigh yourself everyday and adjust your diet as needed along the way to lose weight.
If you can't lose weight you need to either eat less or do more exercise, plain and simple.
If you get your diet in check then you will be amazed by the results, its not just what you eat but how much and how you track your weight.
Don't do something stupid and get no benefit from it my friend.
