Nearly impossible to cum. WTF

I'm not new to gear and have been on TRT for a number of years. I'm currently towards the end of a blast. I've done several cycles in the past but this is what I'm currently on:

150mg test prop. Eod
100mg Masteron Prop. EOD
50mg Tren Ace. EOD

Anastrozole twice per week at .5mg

Here is what's going on: I ended up leaving/cheating on my wife. Yes, I know not cool but we've been having issues for years. Anyways, I'm seeing a SUPER HOT younger woman who's insane. Since I've been with her it's nearly impossible to cum. Never had this issue before and it's really frustrating. She's liking it to some extent because I can literally go for an hour or more no problem. I don't want to go that long though. Haha

She's insane in bed and it's not her. Even when a rub one out on my own it takes forever and I get annoyed. I'm going to have blood drawn and thinking of checking prolactin, testosterone , E2 but not sure if there is something else that I should be looking at or if there is a supplement that helps to finish sooner?

It could def be psychological because of how the relationship started but I'm guessing it has something to do with hormones being out of wack

I'm also taking Zoloft at 100mg per day. I dropped it down to 50mg per day as when I first started on it I had these issues but with the lowered dosage I don't think this is what is causing it.

Thoughts?

Prolactin is possibly high due to estrogen being elevsted at some time. If so cabergoline will put you right back to normal lickety split. It sounds like you need to get it cleared up before it becomes inability to maintain an erction. When that happens, all you can do is lickety split.

Some ppl have permanent sexual dysfunction from SSRIs. I'd definitely point at that. Caber can help with both prolactin and SSRI induced sexual sides.

I have the exact same issue when I run Tren. It's the prolactin. Run caber twice a week. I also run 5mg/ed of cialis. I get wood every morning and I don't have issues finishing. Don't worry, it's temporary.

Nothing else to say really probably is prolactin but could well be from the SSRI but as mentioned above a DA will solve the prolactin issue however I do belive that taking a DA with an SSRI can make side effects more prevent.

Yep. Happens to me when I"m on 19-nor like deca and tren .
Never thought of using Caber or Prami.
It is frustrating for sure.
Also happens to me if I push my estrogen levels too low.
Might want to take Scotch's advice. Tren dick is on it's way!

I won't recommend dapoxetine unless premature ejaculation is present. If ain't broken don't fix it.

Is then Dapoxetine that bad bizz, and PT? My next ciallis order inwas going to include some of those super pills with Tad/dapox combo. I dont have the premi problem, but I thought it might be great for a first encounter with some strange.

Zoloft can be the cause, as SSRIs have the potential side effect of anorgasmia. Paxil is usually the worst offender, but Zoloft not out of the picture. But complicating the picture could be e2 and/or prolactin levels. Labs should reveal the source.
If you decide to stop the Zoloft don't do it all at once because the sides can be bad, and you should do it under supervision of prescriber and maybe transition to different med without sexual sides if you need the med. Just keep that one in the realm of a good provider.

You are free to try it. It should leave your system soon in the case of adverse effects. It shouldn't be as bad as antidepressant SSRIs because you are not supposed to be chronically exposed to the drug.

But again, I don't really see it as a sexual enhancer. Serotonin is inhibitory on sexual functioning.

On a side note, I'm getting weird sides from the Caber. The rhythmic contractions they are like... uncoordinated, or just very weak or totally absent. It feels weird.

You started running AAS too young. Eventually, your erection will start to become soft. After that, you will lose your libido and you won't even want to have sex. Sex will become a chore. Eventually, nothing will work and you'll be a sad guy with large muscles. LOL I'm yanking your chain. Unfortunately, what I just wrote has happened to more than a few young guys on this forum. Think hard about what you're doing.

No matter TRT I haven't had a full erections in years. I wonder if the reason is I developed low T just too young.

what are you saying? My erections are perfectly, I've always been a god in the bed. I got 0 problems with erections, im just asking why do It takes longer to cum while beeing on steroids , if its normal or not. Will do a good pct, no reason to fk myselfe up If I do things correctly

You are shutting down your HPTA while it is still developing. Thus, your HPTA is being prevented from developing to it's full potential. That is why cycling is worse for the young.
