Pip
Hey all
My first injection on Monday gave me a deal / sore leg all week.
Today I went for my my left Delt.
It was smoother than Monday but far from perfect.
Had a dead / sore arm since. I can move it as normal but it is painful. Not enough to cry about haha, but is this normal for someone who’s never injected (specifically themself) before ?
I feel like I was moving the needle a bit when it was in as I was trying to get my hand position right to push the Test in.

You can cut it with sterile oil if need be to lessen the pain. Some ULGs use a high BA content this cause's the pain.

PIP is temporary, it'll get better.
