    Never coming off ?

Guy at the gym says he never comes off he cycles between 500mg of test as his off then stacks for his on cycle phase.
He says it is necessary to get to his goal (he is a world class power lifter)

Honestly imo (I know very little) I would think cycling off shouldn't destroy your max so bad that you still wouldn't break pr when you cycled or is there actually a point it comes to this.

This guy has been on gear for 10years.

if he's an elite level power lifter then he is probably only shooting for PRs one to two times per year. IMO he should take a 6-8 week de-laod period one time per year where he comes off all AAS as well

Follow the link. Unlike most, this info is coming from a guy with 21" arm's that trained pro's. Yes it is long but it is thorough and will explain why staying on doesnt work.

A deload is very important in your cycle, training, and diet.

The popular thing is to increase intensity when in a plateau, when most of the time a deload for two weeks would break the individual right out of the slump.

Bear in mind most pro bodbuilders rarely come off entirely and many use 500mg to link between blasts of much higher amounts. The idea is to drop AAS levels to a maitenance amount of testostetone (which is high when you are huge) for two weeks then blast off again.

If a person uses the same dosage indefinitely it will only take them so far. Even AAS has its limits and you can only grow to a certain potential with a specific dosage. To just keep increasing dosage without a deload is going to yield less results than a plan ith proper deload relief.

    2 week off cycle ?
Even staying on the high test between blast I would think the length between would be longer

It does need to be longer. Time off equals time on plus pct. That is the safest method. In the slingshot system its not just the compounds that change and its an all in balls out method.

This is much like the way many pro bbs cycle. I personally am taking two months off atm before implementing this method for seven months straight. 8 weeks on blast then two weeks on deload. Total of three blasts in a seven month period.

I don't advise it. Just saying the envelope is pushed to extremes with pros but staying on indefinitely is a waste. Two weeks off is nowhere near a full reset. As GH pointed out 6-8 weeks is much more advisable.

One thing I was drawn to in this system is Ronnie points out that after four years you will know whether you stand to be anything in the bodybuilding game. It just so happens thats about when my goals will either be reached or I will have failed.

Yes. Currently 200mg of test and 100mg of npp per wk. First blast comes in early February.

Ronie mentons pros running a gram of test to bridge at pro level but I wont be near that probably ever. That in my mind is asenine. A person cannot lose that much muscle mass in a two week time frame to require that much test.

Sensitive this morning are we? It was a simple discussion with opinion only, over how a particular pro lifter cycles. At least until cranky pants showed up.

Here's a hug Marcus, grab a rifle and get in the shit.

Marcus I used to stay on here some 8 years ago. I got lost for a few years and had to create a new user ID. Thats when I started my first cycle. I ended up running a 21 week cycle and tried to pull a normal post cycle. I felt terrible and jumped right back on. Stayed on for about two years and then tried to do HRT. The doc prescribed 50 mgs a week. What a joke. I went back to administering my own doses. Not smart. So 8 years later here I am. 50 years old and still blasting and cruising. More blasting to be honest. Bad thing is , test doesn't do shit to me anymore. 500MG's just makes me feel "normal". It takes a gram to start putting on any size. I throw in some anadrol and deca from time to time. So now I am on high blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, and I have to go every 8 weeks to give blood because my red blood cell count is too high. Bloods thick and poor circulation. Out of breath easily too. Cant even imagine a solid erection without 100 mg of Viagra. Yea I fucked up. Everyone is different and pros I suppose are able to handle extreme doses. Others like myself can not. Obviously the side effects are worse on some people. As I said, the downfall for me was that I stopped growing unless I continuously raised dosage levels and rotated stacks. All of which are hazardous. I don't even compete. I am just a self absorbed narcissist. Steroids can be very mentally addictive and as we know, make us feel like Superman. Who wants to give that up? I didn't, so I chose to stay on. The last three weeks I have been on 300 mgs of cyp. I will stick it out for a couple more weeks and then slowly increase for 6 months or more. Then add a compound and then another. At my age, I only have a couple more years of this left in me. Then I will battle the reality of being normal. I always hated normal. Who wants to be normal? I would venture to say that most of us using gear suffer from some sort of insecurity. We want to look bigger look better and get attention from females. We are not satisfied with who we are. The high or that Superman feeling can be very addictive. That is why I never cycled. Didn't see the point of gaining 20 pounds of ripped mass for 12 weeks and then give it all back with time on = time off. I was too weak to adhere to the rules and warnings. Marcus do you remember the guy that wrote the very lengthily thread about blasting and cruising some 6 or 8 years ago on here? Was his name Ronnie? Anyways, that inspired me to proceed with my reckless endeavors. Certainly not his fault, I knew I was fucking up. Its been a good 8 year run for the most part. I look better than most guys in their 20's and 30's. I do imagine I will die early from a heart related issue though. Sorry to high jack this post. I don't get on here very often and when I saw Marcus shaking his head I couldn't help but to chime in. To the OP, yes 500 mgs can be a cruise dose for some. When the body is used to 1500 to 2 grams, or like me, being on for 8 years , 500 mgs doesn't do shit to me. I feel good on it, but gains are very slow and minimal. One thing I know is that most newbs on here have no idea how important food is. Lots of good food. Use the least amount of gear to get by. Be patient. Find self confidence in yourself, don't rely on drugs or other people to find self worth. Once you put on the Superman shirt, its hard to take it off.
