    Long term possiblity ?

    Hello everyone,

    Frist time poster here.
It would be great to get some experienced feedback. Hopefully I’m not alone in this.

I’m 37, male, 5’7 & 78kgs. My sports experience consists of rugby, boxing, bjj and weights to suit my sports throughout my life.

I was 30 when I stopped boxing, suffered a fractured eye socket in my last fight. This with many black eyes and broken noses I have had my share of concussions.
I felt a difference in myself around 31, I describe it as my fire went out. I found it hard to pump myself up for heavy lifts, the bedroom intimacy dropped off and in general I just wasn’t my old self.
Now me changing and being more mellow is also a good thing but the other changes are not. I consulted multiple doctors on the issue. Tested my testosterone and other blood markers. Dr’s stated that the test levels were within acceptable ranges for Australia. Unfortunately I never tested my levels when I felt good, so I could not compare.
I did not go down the self medication route as I wanted kids. So I carried on, depression popped up now and again, sports dropped off and weight went up to 83kgs of fat.
I now have 2 beautiful girls. So 7 weeks ago I started a cycle.
    Bolendone - 400mg/week 1-10
    Test Enanthate 250mg/week 1-11
    Anavar 30mg/day, week 8-13
Clomid starting at the end of week 13

The first 6 weeks have been great, really great. I felt like I remember. I just felt good within myself.
Training, I am doing a lot of running and 2 days of weightlifting a week.

Some issues have appeared in the last week.
1 – Little white head spots on my shoulder area and neck.
2 – Drop off in the excitement below the waist.

    There are a few things I want;
I want to feel good long term, keep the fire (mood & general happiness)
I want the bedroom to stay improved.
I want to concentrate on running 80%, weights 20%.

    Any feedback is appreciated.
    Thank you all in advance.

I would get a copy of your blood work. Both before your cycle from your doctor. You paid of it. Then I would get a blood work done while you are on cycle. I do not know anything about the law down under. Then get another set of blood work done 6 weeks after PCT.

What are you goals for running a cycle? 80% running and 20% weights? Most people use AAS just the opposite. Is this your first cycle?

Are you taking and AI or HCG ? The drop off below the waist could be related to high estrogen in your system. Test and Equipoise both aromatized to estrogen so that is why you need an AI like Arimidex or Aromasin .

Whiteheads (pimples) are common with increase testosterone . Just like when you were 16-22, your test levels go up and the breakouts begin.

PCT should contain more than just Clomid. You need to wait and start this 2 weeks after your last injection. The standard protocal is Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20 so 4 weeks. week one is 75 Clomid and 40 Novadex daily for a week then drop to 50/20.

As it relates to mood and general happiness, need to look at your bloodwork both pre and post to see if you might be a TRT canidate. You are a bit young but only bloodwork will tell you this. There is also other medications like SSRIs to help with mood.

Hope this helps. If you have questions please ask away.

Steroids are not just for lifting heavy.
They are for sports performance, if you can run longer and faster more often then it’s working. Add in a heavy leg day on weights and your cramming a lot in.

the will aide in performance as well as enhance your recovery. but is risking your health using AAS really worth becoming a slightly better runner? are you a competitive runner?

I risk my health with AAS use, but I'm a gym owner, coach and trainer and its my job and looking a certain way gets me more clients (plus I like to experiment on myself before I'd give clients drug protocols).
BUT running, just doesn't seem worth it to me (and I used to be a runner and would do 5k races) each to their own I guess.
