    Natural on first clenbuterol cycle..

    -23years old
    -178cm
    -81kg

    train for 5 years.. im in good shape for skinny natty.

    Clenbuterol
    14days on 14days off... atm on day 7 and 79,5kg results are comming day after day.

    clen : 4days 0,20mcg 4days 0,30mcg 4days 0,40mcg and last 2days 0,50mcg

    taking 3g of taurine and some bananas, magnesium as well

    i know ita low dose but working for me very good atm.

    I only have problems with shaking and when I have train cramps in my muscles.

    any advice on my diet? more proteins and fat or what?

    10% -12% bf atm looking for 7% just shraded

    my goal will be 78kg on my 178cm with 7% bf

    Fair enough..

    7% is very low, and not always sustainable in the long run. What sort of training/nutrition regime are you on now?

    Clen is going to burn off some muscles along while cutting fat. In order to get down to 7% you need to reduce your carbs and increase your proteins. Run a carb cycling diet along with doing some cardio and you'll get pretty lean.
