Cialis it is then! Followed by 800 milligrams of caffeine and 40mg ephedrine. This it's going to be a good workout!

Does this happen if you take it both with, and without food? And, what dose? Would 5mg give you issue?
I ask because I'm looking to start taking it, but I don't want to deal with reflux again. I battled reflux my entire life until I was finally able to cure myself 2 years ago.

I'm not really interested in it for muscle pumps, per se, but for the multitude of health benefits that it has been shown to provide.
Low-dose Tadalafil has been shown to lower/improve blood pressure; to reduce C-Reactive protein levels, and therefore reduce inflammation in the body, and in doing so, reduce the buildup of plaque in the arteries. It has been clinically proven to prevent heart disease and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. And if that wasn't enough, it's been proven to increase lean muscle tissue and improve testosterone to estrogen ratios. And finally, it's been proven to relax the smooth muscle tissue of the prostate, therefore reducing and even eliminating any symptoms of BPH.

I've never had any heartburn from Tadalafil. I take minimum 5mg daily. Up to 20mg on days I see my sex crazy Brazilian girlfriend. Lol
I believe initially it gave me lower back pain. Seems odd but it did. Once I started daily dosage that went away after a few weeks.

Here's a few from PubMed. A great place to start if you're interested in the benefits of Tadalafil.

I recieved free sample of Cialis 5mg and Viagra 5mg with my orders...
I used 5mg of Cialis for 2 days/spilt half, just to try it - have heard they both work on female as well...but I didn't feel anything, maybe need to try 5mg-10mg as suggested dosage. I wonder about Viagra on female...

I tried 50mg viagra a couple months ago. About 45 minutes later while I was on the road to go see my hookup for the night, my penis got hard so fast, it bout hit me in the face. I started freaking out because it happened so much faster and harder (giggidy) than I expected and I started swerving on the road and shit, trying to adjust my pants so my penis didn't hurt as much. Definitely don't take that much right before going to the gym. You'll poke someone's eye out

Hi, new here.
From a very confused standpoint.
We're talking about the erection pills as a pre workout? Wouldn't you go around the gym with a hard one then? Correct me if I'm wrong.

viagra will cause erection on its own. I would not take that and go to the gym of all places. stick with cialis.

In my experience, viagra will DEFINITELY cause an erection on it's own, but only if I take 50mg, which I only did once. Actually, even at 25mg, once it first starts to kick in, it can cause some fluctuations on its own, but nothing crazy. But at much lower doses, you can still get some positive blood flow effects that will help you in the gym without giving you a hard-on. I mean, depending on who you see at the squat rack...

just started cialis the other day haven't noticed anything pump wise but man do i feel like im 18 again.

In my experience - nothing really causes an erection on it's own(I'm not 14 any more) - if anything, it's not the meds
But, they do help - I do both V's + C's for preworkout sometimes. . . 5mg of C+25mg of V

I got started with Viagra when I was doing deca cycles. The shit worked so well with me, I didn't stop taking it after my cycle ended. And I use it not every day, but on days where I need a little boost.
To me, Cialis works longer, but not as well. Viagra worked so well, it made me think I was 12 all over again.Last edited by Honkey_Kong; 12-22-2022 at 02:18 AM.

That's the difference in the two, in a nut shell.
Cialis's duration and onset of effect is longer, but it's peak isn't as high.
Viagra is just the opposite. It comes on fast and strong, but doesn't last as long.
Cialis is called "the weekend pill" for a reason, while viagra is more the "I'm gonna be shagging after dinner so let me take it during the meal" deal.
I like 25mg Viagra about an hour before exercise as a PWO, and take 5mg cialis daily "for bph" because my doc is cool. I haven't used Viagra in a "boinking" capacity yet, guess I should lol
